    Agreed with the above. When you're interested in someone you make an effort to keep in contact with them. The two day hangover...I could let that slide because I know when I'm hungover I just do not communicate with anyone. I put my phone down for the day because I just don't have the energy. But that was days ago. If he was truly interested he would have contacted you again after getting over the hangover. I think it's best for you to just move on and forget about him.
