I heard somebody blaming schools & how we as a society raise boys earlier.

I'm really not trying to antagonise anyone here, I'm genuinely just saying that doesn't make sense to me on account of the fact that more men come out of it all being decent human beings (so there must be some other factors). Unless I'm completely naïve.
