Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This is unreal he’s making his own rules and yet again ignoring TMO

If it's a yellow here it'll be a makeup yellow for the first half.

    Raynal is baffling

Excellent little play from Leinster. Pulled Exeter out of position and then when their forwards were overloaded on one side we passed back into that mass but they hadn't the legs to track the runner.

Thought Byrne's pass might have been forward tho.

It’s like both teams are sleep walking through the game. Brainless stuff leading to easy line breaks. The team with the most discipline will win this game. Deft plays are a plus

Raynal is a law onto himself

Didn't go forward. Sale conceded a try earlier with a similar block down.

    🤪

Baird's proficiency at stealing lineouts doesn't get enough credit. He does it a lot.

That's a brilliant finish from Larmour.

    Terrific steal

    Clear try. Great from Larmour.

Ah that's pure athletic. Well done Larmour chap.

    let me guess, TMO check?

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,922 ✭✭✭KH25

Stop that Larmour, there’s kids watching!

    Larmour having an excellent game.

    Never doubted him.

    Ahem.

In all seriousness though, what positioning to get that try.

Unconventional again from Larmour but well done all the same. Wouldn't agree with the decision to go wide in that situation though.

    Unreal finish Larmour

    That's some finish.

    Fantastic from Larmour

Harsh this. The idea is that he goes down that narrow side and the support follows for the offload. Was a mixture of it being well read by Exeter and poor support.

Go on Jordan a great finish

Made a mug out of Hogg, always nice to see.

    Only when Leinster win! ;)

Yeah, I mean, of all the things to complain about a TMO check on, that's not one of them. Inches from touch.

Do you actually think that shouldn't be checked?

    Hogg is an awful defender

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,223 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Both teams have deficiencies in defence

Leinsters props have been caught defending in midfield and getting isolated. And Exeters defence out wide has been very soft.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,342 ✭✭✭Locke_Lamora

That's the sort of play Larmour's sort of been missing for a while. Backed himself and didn't take too much time. Great to see.

  • Registered Users Posts: 589 ✭✭✭baas baa

That could be a big 2 points at the end of this, just feels like one of those games. If they kept it tight there, with the penalty advantage, a try from a better angle felt a cert.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,509 ✭✭✭✭Exclamation Marc

Van Der Flier is just so good.

    Never a penalty

That is such a poor penalty for Exeter to give away

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,223 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Exeter scrum half clearly didn't release after making the tackle.

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 108 ✭✭Garda Kenny

Inexperience and lack of confidence from Kelleher. You break from that maul earlier and make a clean break down the blindside. Going late led to turnover. Crucial mistakes

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,223 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Byrne's been hit high twice now.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,509 ✭✭✭✭Exclamation Marc

    High tackle.

Yellow card to Byrne for putting his face in the wrong position.

    Again. Joke of a ref.

Apparently the rule in rugby is that Ross Byrne is fair play.

They should just kick him in the bollyx and stamp on his eyes, no problem.

    Utter bull****.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,906 ✭✭✭✭PhlegmyMoses

    Least he is consistent

    Not at all.
Ross Byrne dipped into it. Minimal force. Was penalty only. Never more than that

Look high on Byrne and very late on O'Loughlin.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,334 ✭✭✭theVersatile

Hey, ye are the ones that were calling for consistency. Be careful what you wish for!

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,984 ✭✭✭Soups123

How can a ref get away with this in this day and age. Incompetency at its worst

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,801 ✭✭✭irelandrover

Wasn't o loughlin tripped there? which would be a yellow.
