    Jaysus it happened again.

What on earth are Connacht doing in training?

They're just practicing responsible social distancing

Lads are out injured and come back and are immediately breaking down in the captains run or first game with the same injury again. Too much of a trend this season.

Is there such a thing as uncontested lineouts?

Coz that's what this looks like.

That is sweet and sour for Connacht

Did ring Rose take that conversion?

    Yeah.

He's a pretty good goalkicker, but never really gets the chance to take them.

Has Ringrose gone to flyhalf? Larmour has been subbed on for Ross Byrne.

We have no fit 10's in the squad now. The Byrne's seem to be injured, Sexton is going through the RTPP and Frawley has gotten I hired again too.

Yeah remember he nailed one for ireland v US/Japan in 2017 too

Commentators talking about Fardy there, but Porter powered that maul, as he has many mauls and as he has held up many other mauls.

He must be one of the most powerful individual players in Northern Hemisphere rugby, an incredible athlete with utter brute strength. We've never had a player like him.

    Is Ross gone off injured?

Seems so, unless the coaches figure we're ahead here so take him off

    What

    A

    Try

Edit: may have been knocked out of Kearney's hand.

Ringrose has played 13, 10 and now 9 in this game.

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,218 ✭✭✭ongarite

No try, he dropped it under pressure from tackler

Tbh I'm a bit perplexed at our continued insistence of using Baird as a blindside. I've yet to see him have an effective game there.

    Murphy was injured, no choice.

Fair enough. Thought it was purely tactical.

Although we're now really scraping the bottom of the barrel for fit players. Ruddock did his hamstring last week.

Losing Conan early didn’t help. I would imagine he was supposed to come on in the row.

you'd expect Baird to do better in that tackle

Diving over the ruck? Is that right from Murphy, ball was picked and therefore out so the ruck was over so then it shouldn’t be a penalty?

Since the 6N, he has been poor. He'd be doing well to make the Irish squad let alone the 23 in this form.

Ringrose has had a fantastic game. Definitely out to make a point tonight.

He's barely played since the Six Nations. Just cameos off the bench. Can't get into form with limited game time.

Keenan's ability to get his hands free from tacker is superb.
Able to stretch in for 2 trys even though he was being tackled.
