    A long but interesting article in the Smithsonian, on concerns for how the spirits boom in tequila and mezcal has put pressure on the blue agave plant.

    We made Tiramasu for a dinner party here a few weeks ago.

    The Disaronno (previously called Amaretto) is frickin' lovely with that marzipan flavour. Very more-ish.

    Nice drop but defo misses the depth that an extra few years brings to the party. But great for 44 quid.
