    We certainly do.

I thought it expired in the 10th. Did not realise they extended. In that case I think the proportionality argument is gone and EU Commission will have to act.

Not for a long time I fear. The scariant populist brigade have forgotten we live on an island physically disconnected from the rest of our trading block. Per capita we have the fewest aircraft movements in Europe. So all those other countries who can drive, fly or get a bus still are flying more than us.

    WHO would that be?

Obviously not someone as enlighten as the outraged boards resident experts in epidemiology and virology who really want to go on their holliers.

Pity - would be better to see AGS actually police real risk for the protection of society but instead Donnelly has them doing this which is causing untold reputational damage.

What is that supposed to mean?

Ah, maybe you think that if your post here, or one on Facebook, gets a certain number of likes then it has more weight than medical advice from trained experts?

Well it is scary if one emerges before the vaccination programmes stamp it out. You only have to look at India and they were vaccinating.

The 5G in airports deactivates the vaccine. Bill gates was told that when he got a phone call while in Wexford from Belfast airport checking his location.

What have that got to do with anything?

Ironically, you yourself mentioned the word "populist". Are you now trying to say that because your post got more "thanks" than mine, that yours is correct by virtue of being more "popular"?

I couldn't give a bollix who thanks or doesn't thank my posts. I just deal in facts and logic.

The WHO - that being the World Health Organisation - have identified 4 global variants of concern. Not, as you may or may not think, someone hiding under their bed in Athlone whose life mission is to prevent people going on their city break

Well then I still don't know why you told me to look at the "like" (or "thanks").

It is the WHO who designates the VOCs. Nothing specific to Ireland or any politician or member of NPHET etc. It is a real designation.

There are a handful of people who deny vaccine efficacy. They are they only people who ever like your posts.

It's up to yourself what you want to believe ultimately. I have the link there from reuters.com reporting that the WHO designated the Indian variant as the fourth global variant of concern.

You can dismiss it as fake news from Reuters or you can dismiss it as being reported accurately but that the WHO are making stuff up without any scientific basis. Or you can believe it. Up to yourself.

My friends parrot repeats less than you

The main thing is the vaccines work against the 4 VOC.

Maybe you should submit your thesis on the matter to some medical and scientific journals. We can also concentrate on getting the word out to the larger public health organisations around the world. Because those eejits are wasting resources researching and experimenting with the variants and vaccines when we already have definitive proof on boards.ie that the vaccines are 100% effective on them all.

Would you give over with your pure ****e . The vaccines work. The real life evidence is out there not on boards. Open your eyes and stop your wishful thinking.

Why don't you let them know. I get the impression that these Variants of Concern might be causing them undue, ya know, concern.

We could help them out by alleviating those concerns by just telling them that there are posters on boards.ie that know they are nothing to be concerned about.

Then they can rename them from VOCs to VSBGs - "Variants? Be Grand". No need for them to be bothering with all that oul' science and medicine malarkey.

You’re sounding like a parrot again. Let who know?? I’m sure the qualified people already know. VSBG’s? Now you are being silly, grow up.

Not all of us tend to gravitate towards caravan parks dude. There are other types of holidays too. Some people may consider them synonymous but the world is a big place. I'd recommend always opening ones mind and ones horizons.
