Interesting side note, I wasn't fully sure if Papua New Guinea was considered Oceania or Asia so had a look and it fit the bill. I thought I might get a few more provinces out of it. Turns out it has a whopping 22 of them, which brought me up to a perfect tournament number of 64! Also, some of there efforts are amazing and interesting. I could definitely see the winner coming from there.
