Foggy misty day in Sligo. Got to 9.4c but back to 8.9c

Still last year it rained all day and 3 years ago it was 3.5c so this prob goes down s a good day. However last week the forecast was 14 to 17c and sun everywhere.

Have a sister in Collooney and she concurs, where she is is honestly like another country to here in southern Dublin weatherwise.

The -8c at Collooney in 1989 stands out after what was an extremely mild winter.
Beautifull morning here near Arklow, looking over at a Snowy Lugnaquilla
If you're seeing that from the direction of Arklow then I can only presume there is a lot more snow on the north side of the mountain.
13.8c now but more like the middle of summer in a sun trap.
I think it was 1999 when it was around 19c on Pat's Day and followed by a fairly decent snowfall in April?

Nice afternoon sun got progressively stronger and the skies bluer. Bit of an edge on the breeze though but still you’d take it all day every day in March.

Grey and misty up here again, looks like the brief spell of partly cloudy weather yesterday morning was our fill of sunshine for the month

fantastic day in Meath, unbroken blue skies all day and dazzling mild sunshine. The lawn got it's first cut of the season too.

Beautiful day in Cork City. Warm, but a bit of a breeze which is also warm but stops you from sweating. Really really nice day

Dull cloudy overcast I’d say it could have rained a bit overnight. Was in cork city yesterday afternoon . Was lovely and sunny and bright but there was a breeze and it absolutely was not a warm breeze as mentioned by someone else here.

Same here, looks like its trying to do a repeat of yesterday but with a stronger breeze off the sea it doesnt feel as warm.

Cloud even heavier today here but it did give us some delightfully damp, dreary, drizzly conditions in the first part of the day, so can't complain too much.

Thought today was lovely in Dublin, given it snows sometimes at this time of year I'm delighted with this weather, more of the same please.

A change after yesterdays weird day.

Wasn't expecting it to be this nice today in Dublin.

    Lovely blue skies and sunshine.

Got out for a walk at lunchtime and ended up carrying the coat for most of it.

another beautiful day. March is beginning to shape up to be a very nice and mild month with the exception of a few days last week. A chance of some unsettled weather later next week but it may not last long before high pressure reloads.
