Ah that's a ridiculous penalty if it's for "throwing" the ball

If there are other ads than the above run during NFL they are few and far between!

Sounds like a good time all round

That was a ludicrous unsportsmanlike call. Do the refs feel like they owe the Saints handy decisions now because they ****ed it up a few years ago?

Ludicrous penalty, absolutely killed that Bears drive.

The Saints and Packers are always getting calls, I refer to the Packers as the green bay flags

I said it earlier but talking about weird ads that all state ad where there’s two astronauts on the moon in a rover and they put a “do not attempt” on the screen. Yeah the 250,000 miles difference might stop people from trying. That must be a joke.

Sky studio pundits very entertaining tonight.

Jeff going to lose his **** after that penalty!

He's right though, I think he did a Jim Mora impression, it's the playoffs

The Nickelodeon coverage is very good. Not totally dumbed down and some fun and innovative things that would appeal to kids.

My kids might even enjoy (tolerate) watching this, but the American ad breaks would be a shock to their system.
I can assure you that Nickelodeon are not running erectile dysfunction ads!

I watched the Nick coverage up until the first TD to see what they would do. SLIME CANNONS!

Been watching most games on Sky this season, so I'm missing out on the ads.

The Progressive "Dr Rick" ads are so good.

This one came on Nick earlier and had me in tears:

    Everyone needs to see it.

    ****

EDIT: Might have got away with it...we are due some luck.

Incomplete pass for me but what a hit!

A great play nonetheless and the Bears are due a bit of good luck.

Switched to Nickleodeon, it's actually pretty good I must say, the young lad impersonating Obama was great, and yet they're still covering the game properly, not just joking around. Can see my daughter having more patience with a game if it's on this.

The bears back field coverage is horrible. 3 times now the Saints have had a receiver take a ball yards short of first down with bears players within touching distance and they don't lay a glove on him till he's got first down and more. The big boys are bringing it but their secondary is coughing up play after play.

We miss Roquan a lot. There's a few lads playing soft alright.

Entertaining game, scores or no scores.

That third down from the bears was poor. I mean no imagination. Just run straight at the saints.

Yup. They've got the balance just right.

They realised that having it too goofy means the likes of yourself wouldn't tune in and your daughter or any other kids who they are trying to rope in and it would miss the whole point.

The explanations they're doing also are ideal for newcomers. Herself had to go to bed as she's up early tomorrow but she could do with them!

The nickelodeon commentary is fantastic, simple and explanatory without being insulting or condescending. I don't know if I could watch every week, but a magazine type show with this format would be fantastic.

As a fairly new watcher of the NFL I am finding the nick commentary way more informative than I should ha

Oh it is. Jusy hard to accept you need to be talked to as a child lol

I swear to f**king Christ we have the stupidest wide receivers the NFL has ever seen.

Anthony Miller and Javon Wims both let Gardner-Johnson wind them up and get ejected. You absolute clowns.

The Bears just don't want to win this game!

Think no. 22 was also punched by Thomas in training. He must be a right mouthy ****.

I've tried to explain the game to people who don't watch it, I wish I could communicate it this eloquently.... It's basic, wouldn't call it childish...

Tbf the game is basic to understand at the lowest level. Its just the sheer amount of penalties and flags

Fix is in here in New Orleans. Bears are being blackguarded

They're not dumbing it down too much. Just the right amount.

I've been in the same spot.

I remember trying to explain a fumble vs and incomplete pass and seeing it not go over well with the glazed look.

Same with all sports really. Once you get out of the basics you need to learnt the idiosyncrasies.
