    Have you considered using your house insurance?

    I would also get a structural survey.

    looks like the sparks alliance isnt happy :D

    If it's that serious I'd suggest contacting RECI and asking for their guidance, I'm sure the electrician's own insurance would have to cover damage caused due to poor workmanship.

    I just cant believe there is 5 pages about filling a hole!
