Did Rory get dressed in the dark this morning?

I don't think anyone has played poorly tbh. Few errors from Sexton and indiscipline from Murray aside we've been good.

I can think of 15 who have played poorly!

Some critics want to find fault with Murray no matter what he does

I heard he gives poisoned milk to children.

Who’s the lady on comms on ITV?
Feel sorry for her, she’s not said anything wrong yet but struggles to get her words out at times. Presumably just a case of settling in.

    She's never shut up.

While Stockdale has done ok at fullback I would have preferred if he had been left on the wing and Keenan got some exposure at fullback. Against italy your not going to be challenged at fullback and as Rory Best said before the game started Stockdale is best on the wing. So when it comes to the French game you now have a fullback in situ that you would really not wish to have. His defensive weaknesses are too blatant for such a position

That “indiscipline” by Murray was a calculated foul that saved 4 points.

Doris' hands around the contact area are just so quick

Could be a minor break somewhere in or around the jaw for Ringrose.

Ringrose passed his HIA but wasn't let back on due to another injury.

That's probably worse than outright failing the HIA.

You’re mixing him up with Thatcher. Easy done, he’s a 9 and she lived in number 10.

Thatcher better at sniping around the ruck

What’s O’Driscoll’s special dispensation for all the travel to the UK in a lockdown?

    Probably his job

Ringrose passed the HIA but taken off due to another unspecified injury

Thought his decision making has been suspect to be honest. Ignored an overlap and took contact, his kick over the top has given away possession and he was lucky not to kick out on the full.
    .

Don't agree Venjur with the decision making comment.

Can't remember him ignoring an overlap.

The kick over the top (if its the same one I'm thinking of) put then Italian's under pressure halfway inside their own line.

Yes he was lucky with the kick that didn't go out in the full.

Beirne doing armpit farts there for the lulz

I like seeing us use Stander a bit further out to carry. Can be such a weapon when carrying against backs.

Beirne couldn’t have been more legal there.

    Carley wtf

How he wasn't awarded a penalty there is beyond me

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,594 ✭✭✭eigrod

How could he present that with an Italian lying across him?

1 on his hand blocking stander from getting into the ruck.

Beirne couldn’t have been more legal there.

It was for Ryan holding on

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,197 ✭✭✭✭Buer

Beirne is a great player but his lack of power was evident there. Didn't budge the man an inch with his attempted clear out.

  • Registered Users Posts: 16,905 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Stander and Ryan were too close together for that tip on pass to work. Shame as we were building momentum in the 22.

Probably won't go down well round here but Ryan has been poor enough today for me
