What time do we expect this stage to finish?

On the Le Tour race center it seemed to suggest 445 french time?

Jumbo VIsma not letting any break take the honours

It's hard to say. He's definitely not as fast a finisher as he used to be, but you have to bear in mind that he's committed himself to riding the Giro too, which starts less than two weeks after the Tour finishes. I think he came into the Tour deliberately undercooked.

I wonder if his seperation has anything to do with it. That or hes ageing a bit, Cav started to fade after 30...

Just think he's had enough of cycling. Lost the desire. Even going the Giro rather than the classics. Now I'm a big proponent of them being professional, but he and/ or Bora hardly needed to sacrifice the classics, and his potential haul.

Nico with legs to go with the attacks good to see.

Nico took maximum points on offer over both the Cat. 3 climbs... I wonder is he thinking about the polka dot jersey?

Regardless of whether they stay away for the stage win. Nico is picking up a few KOM points and could hang on for the Cat 1 climb which could move him within 4 points of Polka Dots at the end of today.

Sagan separated from his wife two years ago. Has he done it again?

Lutsenko & Powless drop the rest, including Nico

Hopefully Roche can recover a bit and doesn't blow completely. Should see him move up GC a bit

Would have thought Herrada could have managed here comfortable enough.

No but if you look at his results theyve dropped of since 2018. Last year he didnt win the green jersey by the massive margin he usally does. Apparently he still lives with his ex and child.

Didn't realise he lost time yesterday. Last I saw he was 20 something on GC so thought he'd move up a bit. I would think at this stage in his career even getting the mountain jersey for a day or two will be very tough.
