I don’t think that was a red card, he hit he shoulder

    Red is a shame
Murphy's really anti-Connacht as last week

This game will end up with record penalty count against one side.

He didn't have much option based on the camera angles to be fair.

Murphy's made a few incorrect calls, but in general he's been correct. Connacht's discipline his been poor.

I thought the penalty to munster before the red could have gone to connacht.
Other than that, Murphy has been pretty on the ball with his calls. Anyone thinking it's Murphy at fault for connacht's poor ill discipline is deluded. Quinn roux at one stage had 3 penalties in 90 seconds!

That's been great to see. Papali'i showed its qualities. So promising

That's a red every time lads.

Am I missing something? Really poor tackle but from the angles they showed I thought it was more his upper arm that caught him.

That’s criminal from Conor Fitzgerald unfortunately

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,823 ✭✭✭shootermacg

    That’s a hostile crowd!

Am I blind or was there no head contact has said? He hit him in the shoulder and ride up slightly? It was the force of the hit that caused Murray to sort of whiplash

    Thought it was pretty harsh

If that is his qualities connacht will be playing a fair few games with 14 men

Will there be a Munster based referee for tha semi ?

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

It’s one thing having Toland spout rubbish it’s another having him interrupt the commentator so he can finish off whatever rubbish he was saying.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,641 ✭✭✭Dog Botherer

i would have shown a yellow but i can see the argument for red. think the slo-mo shots sealed it really, the impact was insane.

Yes his teammates will be bursting to play 55 mins a man down!

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,018 ✭✭✭Bridge93

This game is desperate. Real feel of nothing to play for. Seems like there’s a penalty every 3 minutes

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

Munster backs are passing too early and too far away from the line, letting Connacht just drift.

    Why Cloete?
    Why?

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,207 ✭✭✭ClanofLams

Definite yellow for Cloete that. Ball well gone

    That's a yellow swinging arm

He's a decent player but his discipline is awful. Always the first one into fights. Always worry when I see his name on the teamsheet.

    Exactly what I saw.
But as TMO was called, he felt obliged...

Ref not even trying to hide his bias. That was high swinging arm, at least a yellow.

That's a red for Delehunt as well.
