I’m getting a bit concerned that as of now there is no thread in the TV General section for tonight’s LLS. Now I can understand why there is little interest in it, but spare a thought for those of us who watch the thread, not the show. What are we going to do???

    Yeah I agree! :D

I was looking at the guest list and thought "oh no misery slot" but fear not, they've managed to squeeze one in and will dress it up as an inspirational piece instead.

I see that Ray is “giddy and excited” about tonight’s show.

The only other person I know who gets “giddy and excited” is my five year old grandson. Enuf said, I guess

Is that Ray D'arsehole, how is his ****e Saturday night show not cancelled yet

The LLS should have been cut to an hour, particularly during this time and with no audience, far too long a programme. All respect to Ronan Glynn and the family of the doctor who died but we need a break from Covid on a Friday night and something lighter...enough of it on the media already.

It’s essentially another episode of Prime Time.

No it’s a mess up by me. It should have said Ryan. Oops

And yet Ryan chirpily calls it, "A humdinger of a lineup."

Morto for him and scarleh for his ma for having him.

I agree, I’ve like everyone had enough of covid... at least to the point where Friday night it would be preferable that they just put on an entertaining show, allow people to be entertained, relaxed and forget about this fûckin virus, for a couple of hours.

If I’m staying in on Friday I just flick in and out seeing who is on, if I’m interested I stay watching, if not I’m changing channel but when sob stories and misery porn slots come on, even those with a ‘happy ending’ I’m done...

There's a viewers prize tonight of a Renault ZOE which runs on nothing but harmless electricity, nice little earner for An Post at €1 a stamp...

Gave up non the Late Late show when they had the Valentine's show with Al Porter and Linda Martin, haven't looked near it since, don't think I'm missing anything

Yet it still is a part of the national consciousness. Nice to see Tubs back too.

No but I'd be giddy too if I could game half a million yoyos of the gullible taxpayer.

LLS is dead in the water. But does Lantern Jaws care? Nope. Neither does RTE. Plenty of our licence money paying him anyway.

It is just a joke now and for a long time was the same. Settle in with your tea and bikkies and watch this shyte? Off you go.

Sorry now, but it is a joke.

But I do enjoy now and then reading the posts about it. LOL

From what I read earlier it is Covid City tonight.

As if we needed anymore of this. Should have had the Vintners on for an argy bargy .

Amazing, what other show can entertain even those who don't watch it!

Ah to be fair, it’s not the show itself - well, for me anyway - it’s the incisive, wild and withering sense of humour of Boards posters. I’ve not seen the like of it elsewhere and it’s much better than the actual show.
