    This landlord seems reasonable.
    The landlord is clearly willing to engage and reduce the rent.

    When my excellent Baltic tenants cease renting from me I swear I will sell the place for fear of getting tenants from hell. As it is, they follow traditions of their home country by repainting the interior fairly regularly.

    Husbands salary + €350 week (with no childcare) surely would be plenty to pay rent and live on.

    I had tenants from hell - way very difficult to get rid of them

    The property is now unoccupied for years and I am happy

    No stress

    Not only that but I had to fight with the agent over the rent not getting raised during the emergency. I had to email her links to citizens information and RTB. Her response was "Oh, I'll have to check the legislation myself".
