    The government should be subsidising full rent if someone isn't paying their rent and you can't as a landlord feck them out.

    Any landlord with a house to rent is better off to leave the property unoccupied

    If there is a housing shortage then let the local county council buy up unoccupied properties

    He seems like a half decent fella he has clearly engaged and lowered rent on other properties.
    Not all landlords are horrendous tbh
