Edge just had a much better theme, with a lot more depth to it than the Sting theme. Albeit Sting's theme wasn't dreadful, and did suit him, in fairness.


Allister Black - Root of All Evil VS Just Close Your Eyes - Christian
Just close your eyes is a better standalone song, in my opinion, but as far as themes go, and making an entrance, suiting a character, I think Root of All Evil is better.


Just Look At Me - Rob Conway VS Finn Balor - Catch Your Breath
The shallow, narcisistic, ego-driven character has been done a million times, but none ever had as good and cheesy a theme as Conway did.


Billy Gunn - Ass Man VS 3 Minutes (2 Skinny Jays) - 3 Minute Warning
I think 3MW have to take this. Ass Man is a great theme, but the sudden nature of the 3MW warning theme and their gimmick, it worked really well.

Legion of Doom theme is an amazing theme, and an absolute classic. One I'd often find myself humming for days on end after having heard it.

Monday Night RAW - Across the Nation VS Shawn Michaels - Sexy Boy
Across the Nation is a great theme, and definitely set up RAW very well. I think Sexy Boy is also a fantastic theme, and it's definitely stood the test of time, but I always kind of felt, for some reason, that it was a bit dated or something (even back in ye olden days). It's definitely going to beat the RAW theme, but I still just felt RAW's theme, and the whole change in aesthetics for raw at the time (new logo, new titantron, etc.) was a sign of a new "era" in WWE and it was a great theme for it.


nWo Wolfpac VS Drew McIntyre - Broken Dreams
nWo Wolfpac theme is probably the best theme tune to come out of WCW. It was a very catchy theme and created a great atmosphere. Broken Dreams is good theme, don't get me wrong, but it's no Wolfpac.
