You know the narrative that Tyrone are dirty is rampant when Meathman O'Rourke effectively defended Dublin for their part in the tunnel row :D

Many a player has to deal with a parent passing away.

It's not a license for thuggery.

Most of John cards have been for niggling fouls. Have you example of this thuggery?? Lee Keegan done same to his markers heralded as a hero.

Dubs stuck in the dressing room. Why doesn't the referee just throw up the ball without them? Will cut that nonsense out once and for all.

Totally agree. The ref should tell both teams throw in is at quarter past or whatever and if the second team isn't out just throw the ball in. Years of that ****e from all teams needs to be stamped out

I'd say they were just a little pissed off with the behaviour of the Tyrone players and fans in the tunnel and decided to let them all wait.

Why were all those fans even allowed congregate at the tunnel ?

How can partaking in a few fistycuffs in the tunnel at half time result in a black card? Is this not just for deliberate fouls?

Outside of Mayo you'll need to explain the "hero" part.

What fans or are you just making s**t up? Maybe you don't realise the size of backroom teams some counties have.

    Was that footage from Eir?.

RTE just showed what seemed to be the background staff. Even made a point of emphasising that point.

They were not all backroom team.

    Wind your fúcking neck in.

    Yeah

I would be confident that a home side wouldn't start a row in their own tunnel.

Tell that Hampsey who got caught and was black carded.

They were not fans. Subs, physios, stats people etc. Lose the victim complex.

He obviously wasn't caught punching or it wouldn't have been black

Niall Morgan is just fantastic when he's on form. Himself and Harte are having a great game.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,792 ✭✭✭Happyilylost

    That's some kicking by Morgan.

Scully is the Jordan Henderson of the Dublin team. Looks good with great players around him

He's like Donal Vaughan but with better timing - he has perfected the cheap shot to a lad on the ground after a free has been given

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,709 ✭✭✭shrewdness

Do Tyrone seriously not have a forward that could take a 13m free for a right footer?

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,948 ✭✭✭threeball

Hes hit his groove tonight, thats for sure

Tyrone a particularly cynical team who held back 4/5 players to instigate a row in the tunnel all encouraged by the overlord Mickey, horrible horrible stuff. But if that’s what your county likes crack on.

    Declan Bogue

Peter Harte has left the wedding of his sister to play in this monsoon. Penny for his thoughts.

Fair play to him, that's some dedication. Very underated player nationally.

Looked like a punch to the throat there
