Expecting alot of creative methods of eating up injury time now

Tyrone a particularly cynical team who held back 4/5 players to instigate a row in the tunnel all encouraged by the overlord Mickey, horrible horrible stuff. But if that’s what your county likes crack on.

    Great story.

The Dubs wrote the book on that

The dubs simply are nowhere near the same team when you take them out of Croker.

Delighted for Tyrone, they deserved that win after such a bad start. Morgan and Harte a joy to watch.

Conditions like that are a great leveller, and Dubs playing out of Croker on the same night helps of course too.

Deserved win for Tyrone, they were more up for the fight tonight. That result should keep them safe.

FT Tyrone 1-10 Dublin 1-7. Some response by Micky Hartes men from last week's hammering. A bad result for both Donegal and Mayo.

For the love of Jesus................you're comparing a game in a monsoon and a hurricane in febuary with games in the height of the summer:rolleyes:

    Well done Tyrone. Good win

Ah now, it’s a league game in February.

Unluckily for you I don’t think All Ireland’s are played outside of Croker in monsoon conditions.

As O'Rourke says there, this result will have no bearing on the summer.

Tyrone won't care about that tonight though, important win.

He's like Donal Vaughan but with better timing - he has perfected the cheap shot to a lad on the ground after a free has been given

More like Neil McGee in fairness, but still serving his apprenticeship in comparison to the master McGee.

He's at it since he came on the scene, consecutive spendings off in all irelands etc. Some players are dirty, he's one. They're in every county, Francie Bellew, Colm Coyle, Tomas O'Se was no angel. The latter tried to take the head off Stephen Kelly of Limerick a few times. Just a few off the top of my head.

O Rourke needs to focus on the current competition.

Well done to Tyrone. Well deserved win. Unreal scores from Morgan. Dublin younger players will have learned a lot from today. Jim Gavin lost his first league game to Tyrone in round 5 in 2013.

That fight in the tunnel was solely the Dublin backroom team of 600. They decided it was the best way to motivate themselves after a poor first half.

Fairly certain I saw a few of the 83' twelve apostles in the mix.

Tyrone had the bit more need and desire. Farrell's Dublin will be interesting come championship. Will there be any slight chunk in the armour post Jim Gavin.

Personally I don't think so. Business as usual.

Conditions the same for both teams.

If that game is in Croker tonight then the dubs win easy.

Will be repercussions like Omagh in 2006 after this. Though no one suffered any championship bans.

Tyrone beat Dublin in league in Croke Park last year and Dublin beat Tyrone in Omagh in Super 8s.

I'll give you that- McGee was/is an absolute master.

Yes, the fight was solely the Dublin back room staff.

Were they fighting against each other? Clown

It really depends who you were talking to.
I, along with many other non Dubs thought that Keegan's behaviour was disgraceful.

He was more or less given free reign to molest Connolly and the lack of protection given to Connolly coupled with the idiotic GAA rule of not punishing the instigator and giving a yellow/red to the player defending himself - more or less forced a very talented player to take a break from the game when he should have been in his prime

It's Dublin - there will be no disciplinary action taken.

That special grass in Croker is scientifically designed to suit Dublin genetics.

The Croker air also has blue oxygen that can only be processed by a player born within the pale.

There is also a special forcefield that slows down the movement of non Dublin players and a provision for "cloaking " Dublin players like a Klingon space ship to enable them to ghost into goal scoring positions without being seen

Still the only way to beat Dublin is a heavy blanket defence

It's up to teams then to punch holes in their defense when they have position like Tyrone did tonight
