I watched it on Sunday, and thought it was OK. Hard to tell from the first episode, as there is a lot of scene setting, and it's hard to keep up with who is related to who! There's even a family tree graphic doing the rounds, to explain it all.

I've seen it described as a D4 version of Love Hate, which seems pretty accurate.

I'll defo stick with it, and hope the storyline develops a bit in the next few weeks.

I usually have a few Christmas time movies knocking around on the planner till at least July!!

Have noticed a few christmas movies appear on netflix & on sky cinema in the last week or so.

On that note, how soon out do you consider it reasonable to start watching Christmas movies? We'd usually wait until Halloween and kick off with A nightmare before Christmas to cover both in the one go... than its Christmas movies most weekends after.

we usually start the movies a little earlier, saw mid November as they are a great way of getting in the Christmas mood, especially the family movies.

Mid November? Thats later than ourselves, maybe straight after Halloween is a little soon, but its kinda our tradition now... so many movies & so little time 😂

The last few years we've missed seeing a few as we had no time to squeeze them all in, so we're nearly on a 2 year cycle now.

November is usually a busy month for us with birthdays, anniversaries so have a lot on.

This year, after the new kitchen we'll be on a budget so lots of days at home watching movies!!! 😁

Whatever weekend is closest to December 1st. If it happens to be like this year in that its the end of November so be it. I'll put the tree up then and listen to Christmas music whilst doing it. After that it's Christmas music and films all the way.

Watched the first 2 episodes last night. Decent enough. Would recommend it.

Damn, I love Daredevil. That was some show!!

I just finished 'Innocent' on Virgin Media on demand- good solid 4 part UK drama, along the lines of Broadchurch. Katherine Kelly and Sean Dooley are both very good in it.
