Eh...hang on...where were they made???? How were they delivered????

As for McDonalds today, I watched the RTE news report from Maynooth at lunchtime and right behind the reporter cars were steaming into the drive thru. A fooking traffic jam. Kids in the back of some cars. Two other lads parked up and went in. The world is full of morons.

I really fear for those that can't actually cook a meal.

    Kitchen table. Laptop. Catching up.

Homemade , collected on the doorstep along with my card , then back to blow kisses to them waving from the door after I was in the car G :(
It's life now for all of us :)

Just to add, nothing against Dublin as such, I'm just a country girl and I'm not at home in any city.

And can I just say, as a Kerry woman, we don't all live in the country here. Panda and I are urban sophisticates, I'll have you know!

Just hung some art prints and wiped down the leaves of some houseplants. This pandemic is very good for the appearance of my house!

No thanks Mam, I'm stuffed from all the Big Macs I panic bought earlier. Have the freezer stuffed with them now too, should see me through til Friday hopefully.

Amateur! I panic bought 6 chest freezers and they're full of McDonald's epicurean delights.

I think the Kerry people are using the crisis to stage a coup, the 2 Gs better keep the shotguns loaded.

Just to clarify...my loyalty is to Tipperary...always has been...one of its people in particular...sorry if I've ever unintentionally come across as seriosly propositioning anyone here.

Feel really off and temp back to 39 just now. Actually vomited phlegm. Memorys f****d. Keep wondering if I'd already said whatever I was just about to say.

    Whats been on the news?
Christ I don't know people with lung conditions cope :(

I dont need nor am I seeking any sympathy or anything, I'm not actually scared or panicked or anything. Nicely detached!

There was an absolutely horrible non COVID-19 story today and I also would suggest you give the news a miss tonight. Other than that it's just the usual stuff from recent times. Rising numbers, gloomy projections, long waiting lists, grim, nightmarish, blah blah blah. No stories on the crowds at McDonalds though.

All these people rushing to go be around as many others as possible reminds me of this Bill Burr joke about the Ebola Virus.

"I don't know much about Ebola other than if you get it you get this unbelievable urge to go to the airport".

USA about to be hit bad, layoffs and some very cute sad looking baby cows who won't be turned into Big Macs. (not sure they grasped the implications or they've have been a bit happier looking)

Ach it's just me, I usually avoid the news, plus I just heard of 3 more friends being laid off, all with young kids. Tomorrow at 9pm I will stick with Netflix :)

The 8 year old boy, Guy? I first saw that story yesterday, horrendous.

Cali girl, I gather the states isn't the best place to be down on your luck, but I think they'll have to step up for this.

I feel so virtuous, i was snacking on raw carrots before work

    Are you a rechargeable rabbit.😂

Also home and couchside here,I'm certainly not in panic mode but definitely having an anxious day due to work, my shoulders were killing me all day as i just couldn't get them to relax, it's the constant thinking about touching, cleaning then touching again and cleaning again ,its a vicious circle. I also noticed this afternoon that the whole place was very quiet, everyone working away but not a word being said, its difficult trying to concentrate when you're thinking about home and if everyone is ok.

I've seen todays numbers but I just cannot watch the News in full,I look at the most recent post on the virus thread occasionally but I'm too nervous to read anymore because it's really scary. Obviously as an adult I should probably read more but I just can't, we are all strictly adhering to the guidelines here, kids are being brilliant and genuinely not leaving the house, I can honestly say that if it comes into this house it will be from myself, I'm thinking too much about it tonight.

Anyway ,you can't beat the Cork accent, just listen to Roy Keane, one of my top 5 men.
