I'd imagine the first is unnerving, hopefully it will get easier.

Actually, booking it was more unnerving than the session, at least now I'm doing something about the situation. I never really recovered from my parents death, and things were getting to a point where I had to get help.

Things should be looking up from now on, after all there's always a light at the end of the tunnel. Just hope it's not a freight train :pac:

Good luck trying to figure me out. I haven't managed that myself yet!

Fair play on taking the first step, it's not easy to open up about vulnerability.

You'll hear the train and can get off the tracks!

I bought a new phone today. I was signing into boards now and I put in my email instead of username.
It took me to my old account that I hadn't logged into in 5 years and I had a sweet unread private message from someone thanking me for some advice I had given!
If they're still knocking around, I'd like to apologise for not replying!

Homeside. Feeling all over the place to be honest. Had my first counselling session. Looks like I'm not as stable as I thought I was.

Hey Thomil, I was looking at one of your blogs the other night. Thats a seriously great piece that you wrote on the history of Irish Aviation.
Researching it must have taken a lot of time. Great Work !

Really? Wasn't expecting that. He might have just gotten bored of boards or who knows I suppose. Either way I wish him well.

    No.
    I'll miss his posts......

Guys, I have to apologize. I contradicted Srameen on his retirement age by quoting a post from a number of years ago. I feel really bad that he left, as I too enjoyed reading his posts.

    I feel really terrible.

Super chilled out on the sofa watching a re-reun of the brilliant BBC drame This Life which first aired back in the late 90s. Smoked a j. Glad to be off work tomorrow! :D

Was flicking channels the other night and seen it on bbc4 and was like no way! Was raging when I seen it was on episode 5. If I had known they were reshowing it I would have watched it from the start. Brilliant series. Way ahead of it's time.

If only we could access BBC iPlayer here. Went looking for it on YouTube a few years back but they just had random episodes rather than the whole thing.

Bed time and not tired, but I'm heading there anyway.
I'm handing in my notice at work tomoro and looking forward to it.
Time for a change and something I've been after for the past six months has come to fruition, I basically knew in the last few weeks but got confirmation today and looking forward to it happening now.
Will I be able to sleep tonight, I doubt it, but I don't care.
Sorry to see Srameen go, great posts.

    I'll miss Srameen.

    Not sleeping after all.

Mind swirling with a bit of this and that and the other.
