    I'm not holding my breath that I'm going to get an sms code. This system is all a load of sh¡te. Should be first come, first served.
    I'll probably get an entry through the club closer to the time.

    Race series won't be open until early Feb according to their official replies on Facebook.
    Can see that selling out quickly this year too.

    I realize it was a complete train wreck. And that many people missed the race due to poor logistics, And I crossed the finish line borderline delirious from dehydration due to the lack of water.

    But somehow the Donabate Half Marathon is still my current HM PB.

    I wouldn't mind giving that a go again. In a half joking kind of way.

    You would have received an email (as long as you ran under your own name) this had a code that was valid back in November

    The additional places won’t change the procedure it just means that more from the lottery will be accepted.

    Just saw they have released figures for the lotto and approx 16,100 received for 6,500 spots

    So without the extra 2500 places it would have been 16,100 for only 4000 spots?

    Yes, I'm all for as many people wanting to run it as possible but there are definitely some danger conjestion areas early on in current route. Entering the park for the first time too anywhere near a pacer will be very tight.

    Might be slightly more figures I am seeing where 16,000 guaranteed spots were offered (not sure if this means accepted or simply offered) to the entrants from last three years
