I saw on a particular fb page, thread about a particular method of weight control previously mentioned by GP.

I asked what way they handled it (as research has shown up approx a gazillion methods more than I have the patience to read)

A short clear and very doable method in response, it gave me a ta that ppl will answer other's questions, politely and clearly.

I feel like such a weight has been taken off my shoulders by having this knowledge.

arsehole cacophonous freak neighbours missing their DPD delivery by about 15 minutes and dropping the fake D4 affectations for the row between the two when the blame game started out their back..….😅

Then calling said company and back on track roaring “ owww hai, yaaaa just luoking fur our deeeelivery, we wornt hume when the driver called “

I met my twin 3 year old nephews for the first time today….there staying with us for a few weeks 😄 was great to finally meet them and see my brother and sister in law.

Got my passport and passport card today, now I have acceptable small ID and I don't have to explain my job to all kinds of randomers who don't understand who I "work" for.

4 working days to get it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My trivial happy thing today is that I'm in hospital. Or rather, that I went private to avoid the disease-ridden (and people-ridden 😈) closest hospital. My room is like a nice hotel room with a lovely view of only greenery, and it's all for me alone! 😎

The window is broken in my wooden shed out the back and lately I've been seeing birds flying in and out of it. It's neat but there's just junk inside it. It's like a giant birdhouse now 😁😊😊

freak fückwit loud neighbours have all disappeared and haven’t been heard clanging about since about 5pm… hopefully I have not spoken too soon. 2.20 am so I might be safe. Pure silence I’m experiencing is bliss.

My phones weather app.. it’s amused me by updating ‘rain likely tonight’… im imagining the on duty forecaster at about 6.30 pm just thinking.. ‘ fûck this, Saturday night, I’m off out, it’s Ireland, it might rain, should cover it ! ‘

Had my first Jehovah’s Witnesses knock today . Introduced themselves , said who they were and left after giving me a leaflet .

Loving how unconstructed youngsters are in terms of clothes and colouring now. When shopping for outfits preciously I had to buy single colour palettes to make the clothes as flexible as possible. Now I see the youngsters wear all types of colours, I can slide back to being careless with matching/toning and look like a youngster instead of badly dressed(as my contemporary would have labelled me previously)

I am so looking forward to seeing Elbow tonight. They are the cure for the blues. And it might not even rain. And I'm off work today. So, I can chill before the concert and not be rushing around like an idiot trying to get work done and get to the concert on time.

I think you think it's a big grin emoji but it's actually a mask-wearing emoji as far as I can make out. I can barely make out the difference with my glasses on or off, the emojis are awful small.

ETA TH that according to my sisters texts, my 2 nephews are having a great time on their summer holidays in Spain 😊

Took ourselves off to Budapest for a few days before I start my new job next week. Pint of beer and a very drinkable local Riesling in the (24 hour) bar beside our hotel? €5.64 😃

8 hours sleep and no interruptions. Looks like my neighbours are away, no car doors, no door or side gate slamming in the middle of the night and no outside hyena like stoner giggling fits….….. perfect.

Behind me in the queue at lunchtime was a mum and toddler, they were chatting about the pineapples they were buying. Mum asked him where the pineapples came from and he said a tree but I don't care as it's going into my belly for lunch.

Th the child sounded so sure and happy that he was having pineapple for lunch. Also, such a small child can say pineapple so well at his age.

Th, the last of the items I have to pay for this week as arrived and once I pick them up tom, I'll have a clearer pic of my pocket money situation then!

I was waiting for an Amazon delivery and then saw that the van was outside my house. The driver was sitting in the van, and I was thinking that he looked familiar, even from that vantage point.

By the time I opened the door I realised who it was…Ringo Starr is now delivering for Amazon!!! 😄
