Renault and the Wexford Sports Direct ones were awful. I do miss when all sponsors were local like Barry's or Arnotts

Renault's new logo is monochrome. There is hope for Iarmhí going forward.

that was sportsavers, not sports direct, sponsored us from 2009-13, a local business who went south in recent years really hated that jersey sponsorship logo was awful, we were sponsored by Gain Feeds ( Glanbia Agri business wing) from 2014-19, Jim Bolger the horse trainer helped organise that and Zurich insurance who have an office in Wexford took over from 2020 onwards.

The Zurich looks well on it but the current jersey would be hard to make look bad anyway no matter what the sponsor.

Those Sportsavers kits keep getting the colour ratio really wrong too. One was way more yellow than purple and another had hardly any yellow although that might have been a Gain one

The new Limerick jersey - it's grand

Not as nice as last one

Goalies to me is awful , the names look wrong the way it’s done on it

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,926 ✭✭✭WesternZulu

O'Neill's seem to be following their tradition of giving everyone the exact same collar with the exception of Dublin of course.

It looks ok but has a bit of a training jersey vibe.
First kit is good but not as nice as the last few and it's still a pretty traditional look which is good and will look better on TV than it does in pictures

Yeah is there a reason they have a collar and nobody else does? Much prefer the collar personally (I haven't bought a new jersey in years, a bit old for wearing them outside of doing training at this stage, but I wouldn't be buying one with no collar to be honest)

O’Neills have the three stripes somewhere on most inter-county jerseys. Shoulders most common. Sleeves on newer ones likes cork and Dublin. Derry have a new one where they’re just on the lower back.

3 horizontal stripes look worse on the Limerick shirts

Why don't Limerick have any sponsor?

JP McManus sponsors them, and mustn't feel the need to have his name on the jersey.

JP pours the money and doesn't exactly need to promotion. Adare Hotel symbol and name is on jackets and also think tops.

  • The Cork sponsorship is the worst I've ever seen.

    Ghastly.
