Nespresso time with the mutt on the balcony, considering that he is staying out here, I think that it’s fair to say that it’s autumn.

Looking at my pride and joy sitting contented on her Peppa pig chair watching Biggleton. Nice day ahead planned.

....Yes it's true I'm so happy to be stuck with you, 'cause I can see that you're happy to be stuck with me...

    Morning all,

It's a grey but fairly bright one 12C

Temp couchsude with coffee, I'm thinking scrambled eggs soon.

Match last night, great crowd, great atmosphere and a defeat in the last minute of injury time..:(

Sitting in the little cafe in my local supermarket having a licous lemon tea and a mini cinnamon swirl. Discovered during the week, almost a year after moving to this area that they do the bestest lemon tea here. It's got those tiny little limes floating about. Probably should call it lime tea but lemons and limes are interchangeable here in Asia.

Just got me bits waxed and need to get some groceries before I head home to pay the cleaner. Saturday bliss...or procrastinating.

Need to start the hideous task of packing up my personal belongings to move out. Lease is up on 16th next month but I go to Ireland on the 2nd so need to start deciding what comes with me, what gets chucked and what gets stored at my mate's.

Also trying to decide do I break up with himself now or wait til am gone. I don't want to be in a long distance relationship and I will be gone from Malaysia a year.

    Poolside.
Not a pool outside a fancy hotel on an exotic island sadly.

That's a cruel way of doing it, you are a better person than that.

In work a bit horrified. I rang up to get a waxing appointment elsewhere as I haven’t been happy with my regular place last two visits. Depending on experience the timings can vary, so I asked her on the phone how long it takes, expecting a “30 minutes” answer. Ya know what she said to me? “Depends on how much of a Bush you have”. I was fuming, the absolute vulgarity out of someone who’s supposed to be professional. I’ve a good mind to not show up.

I sometimes tell insomniacs about Melatonin. A dr. would advise. They rarely do follow it up and some loom quite shifty as if you're suggesting something far out, but a visit and script is cheaper and healthier than regular bottles of wine. Not medical advice, just my own experience.

Kettle-side after a good day and night with the fiance. I am very happy and as they say, everything leading up to this was teaching me what I needed, to grow and reach a good place in life. Sorry if that's a bit nauseating :P

Do you need a doctors prescription for Melatonin? In my case I don't find that it improves my quality of sleep.

Here you do, you can buy it online but customs confiscate it and send a stern letter

I did anyway Smurfjed. Sorry to hear that :( Maybe if there's some other reason for insomnia rather than a drop or disruption to our own melatonin levels, melatonin's the answer for some but not everyone, though I don't really remember how it works tbh.

Need to get into gear, jobs to do and the days flying. Shocked that it's nearly midday. First time I've slept in in ages!

You are right, I am not that cruel. Just trying to figure out how to time this. Haven't a clue what I actually want. He is so sweet but don't know how to make it work. Agh head is melted.
