*** MOD NOTIFICATION REGARDING SPAM PMs ***

There was a site wide notification a couple of days back, but in case some people missed i'm posting this here to inform everyone.


There has been a few instances, not sure of exact number, of people (myself included, only this morning) receiving PMs from users with inappropriate messages and links to external sites.

This is a spam/possible malware site, and the notification posted urged people to report any such messages by clicking on the "Report Message" icon, , and then deleting the message WITHOUT clicking on any link.

So please follow the warning and instructions and DO NOT click on any link. The users will be immediately identifiable by the content of their message but if in doubt report, and delete.

The report PM icon is in the top right hand corner of the dialogue box that opens when you get a Pm.

What a bummer.So sasa is a fake?Ah well, at least I'm going to get 20 million dollars from a nice man in Nigeria,who wants to borrow my bank and credit card details.Seems ligit!

Ok, fair warning. I'm beyond stupid when it comes to tech stuff/talk so excuse the language.

Its possible, but i don't know. I found the site sluggish the last couple of days and am now getting Cloudfare issues related to DDoS. The mobile app might be different to the desktop/laptop version but it's possible these continued spam accounts are an attack of some sort.

Not trying to scaremonger and i could be WAYYYYYY off base so don't panic yet.
