I wonder does he believe it himself?

Do you think the world population is too high?

  • Registered Users Posts: 3 Television2

Definitely. Not enough resources for an ever expanding 7billion+ population.

    Do you collect anything?

It was earlier, I'm hoping it doesn't as I'm heading into town for Christmas shopping..

    Have you any presents bought?

No not one yet, I'm a cheater though, I tend to do gift vouchers for the kids and other relatives I give presents to, the only one that gets physical presents is the wife.

Do you get much time off at Xmas?

I have a month off this Christmas..

Would you go away for Christmas?

  • Registered Users Posts: 10,633 ✭✭✭✭Widdershins

I'd go somewhere near the sea, maybe. Somewhere with plenty of unobstructed sky views.

Do you have a favourite place apart from home?

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 3,316 ✭✭✭nthclare

There's a place in the commons in the Burren I like to drive up to now and again and just sit there and put the head back and absorb whatever is coming from the location.

I don't know if it's magnetic or charges something in my atoms or DNA, but whether you're sitting in a car up there or just standing it's an immense feeling.

I brought a few people up there and they couldn't described it either.

There's a few hidden away Dolmens up there too, so more than likely the old Celts and Druid's got something from it too.

Purple is the answer to your question I think.

Will you be going to see the new Frozen 2 Movie?

    Dear God no!

If you're buying stuff from Black Friday sales, what's the one item you're gunning for for that big price reduction?

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,070 ✭✭✭Trigger Happy

I have little monsters on my socks.

And no black friday spending either. That sounds boring I know.

    Are olives the devils food?

Did the postman bring you anything nice today?

  • Registered Users Posts: 13,018 ✭✭✭✭Purple Mountain

Do you value other people's opinions of you?

    No, here's why.

(The pastor entered his donkey in a race and it won.

The pastor was so pleased with the donkey

that he entered it in the Race

    again, and it won again.

    The local paper read:

    PASTOR'S ASS OUT FRONT.

The Bishop was so upset with this kind of publicity that he ordered the pastor not to enter the donkey in another race.

The next day, the local paper headline read:

    BISHOP SCRATCHES PASTOR'S ASS.

This was too much for the bishop, so he ordered the pastor to get

    rid of the donkey.

The pastor decided to give it to a nun in a nearby convent.

The local paper, hearing of the news, posted

the following headline the next day:

NUN HAS BEST ASS IN TOWN.

    The bishop fainted.

He informed the nun that she would have to get rid of the donkey, so she sold it to a farmer for $10.

The next day the paper read:

    NUN SELLS ASS FOR $10.

This was too much for the bishop, so he ordered the nun to buy back the donkey and lead it to the plains where it could run wild.

The next day the headlines read:

Nun Announces Her Ass Is Wild And Free

The bishop was buried the next day.

The moral of the story is: being concerned about public opinion can bring you much grief and misery. Even shorten your

    life.)

Do you have a hearing aid?
