    7am and 7.30. It takes at least half an hour for the alarm to register in my consciousness hence the two. Radio comes on at 7am also.

    I need to sit in my home office and look like I am working.
    Then out for exercise. There is no sport on tv these days but there is this woman that lives here. She calls herself my wife. In the absense of sport I might get to know her better.
