The "Bread Man" will have a nice target on his back if he's after singing like a canary. Never looks good for someone who gets out first from questioning plus file for DPP means he's going down in the future hopefully. Without this guy luring him to the house it would of been a different story getting him to the house.

Guards regularly do it to instill major paranoia within the groups/groupings. Since the killing AGS PR machine has been in overdrive, they f up big time.

I would think JB if he's been the only one released and is probably petrified if he has told stories or given up the plot for the murder. Surely the other fella would be under constant watch from the Garda and wouldn't be able to attempt anything. No sympathy for any of them after luring and murdering that guy, allegedly

Tactics like this don’t bother the Gardaí in the slightest, if questioning is interrupted for any medical issue the clock is stopped. A doctor will be called and err on the side of caution, the suspect will be taken to hospital for checks and only when back in the room and ready to be questioned again does the clock start again.

In the meantime the Gardaí have had all the extra time to analyse and discuss how the interview has progressed and how best to proceed with it.

The motto of the great Lord Coke is ironically apt “prudens qui patiens” or “softly, softly catchy monkey.”

The Noose is tightening for these lads now, it'll send the strongest message if they are convicted. The Graham Dwyer verdict could be crucial in this case regarding phone data.
