Without nct I wouldn't bother. I used to own one and for the most part it was grand but loads of stupid little things started going on it. Fly by wire throttle are known to act up and suspension is very opel standard and not the opc variety.

Plenty of them cheap about with nct I think I sold my 03 for €1500 10 years ago and nice looking than that one.

I will never correct someone for misspelling a word but I would happily murder someone (and I mean that) for using an American spelling.
    Just me.

Colors, tires, humor, flavor, labor, license that's all I can think of.

American spelling I'd let go but that text language I'd happily do time for. :D

    90bhp tdi Golf
    Low owner car
with the same owner since July 2011
    Test till November
    208k miles on the clock
    Hitch
    Looks reasonably straight and tidy

There isn't even electric window regs, variable vanes or n75 valves to worry about on these.

    Wonderful reliable economical simplicity

Yes, I’d agree regarding text speak. It’s an extension of American English. There’s a laziness in both that makes me uneasy.

Language is set to Eire english, so when it recommended the change, I clicked it.

So yeah, I'm blaming the computer.

"Passed the NCT without issue" to me means that this ad probably gets reposted from time to time since last year.

I find it odd that the pictures are screenshots of pictures.

These were popular enough back in the day. Old school Mitsubishi were reliable too AFAIK. Maybe more a classic territory than Banger territory, might be nice though.

Nice way to move stuff for €1500. Comes with 6 weeks tax and NCT to 09/21. Was only NCT'd a couple of weeks ago and has had a bit of work done on it. Plenty of toys and big miles. The Ad seems honest.

Working cup holders in those golfs/boras are as rare as finding dinosaur bones.

Or a TDI with a complete exhaust system...

You will never ever find those steering wheels on cars these days.
    Such a shame

Have 02 Bora TDI from new, working cup holders (brilliant feat of engineering as it will grap any size) and original exhaust system. She's parked outside mother's house now as I bought an Octavia. Fantastic car unbreakable with only 165k miles on it. Have toyed with the idea of selling but 19 years is a long time to have a car.

Wonder what's wrong with the drivers seat? No reg plate, so I'm wondering why. As for the 18k miles, I doubt it. I'd say it's 99,999+18k

You're right and all. Look at the wear on steering wheel and gear stick. Deffo went around the full circle and back to 0.

It has a 6 digit odometer so it would have to have done a million miles to be back to the start.

Right. Some how didn't notice that till you said it but the digit's are crooked so may have been tampered with. And then also the wear on steering wheel which I doubt was done in 18k.

You're clutching at straws there IMO.
