As for engagement between US soldiers and Hezbollah troops that's more bull...if they had there would be dead Americans.
The last time they clashed 260 American soldiers lay dead and the Empire fled out of Lebanon fast as they could

By all accounts a single Hand grenade was dropped a small drone likely commercial bought.
One person either killed or injured - complete opposite to what you claimed
