    Home, and still having problems with high blood pressure.

    Its confusing, I'm told to go home relax and take things easy.. 'Take some exercise' (I'm a soldier, we all train) 'great I can still go for my run'... 'Ermm, maybe not the best idea'
    Move/train or lie down all day reading?.

    So plans, I'll run in awhile anyway but I'm concerned that high blood pressure is called 'the silent killer' ffs.

    Oh, almost 72 hours since my last cup of coffee :/
