Don’t have time to be reading about all these new scams and shïtcoins. The extent of the research for most people in crypto is ‘Oooooh, look, buzzwords and number go up’.

Hmm so you would rather waste others time explaining about something you clearly have an interest in, do your own research dude

Number 3 after BTC and ETH. XRP and USDT are not cryptocurrencies.

    Orange pilled.

Axion (Hex2T) audit complete by Hacken. Started Monday, finished yesterday. That's hopefully a good sign.

No but I slept better after. I just don't know what half those Alts are about, it has been pure speculation. At least I know what Bitcoin is about. (the hodl :D)

What the hell is Polkadot? No 5 on coinmarketcap at the moment.

Be Gavin Wood (co-founder and former CTO of Ethereum, head of Parity, founder of Web3 Foundation).

Be the source of the catastrophic bugs that've had people thinking "The sky is falling" with regard to Ethereum (TheDAO and the Parity Multi-Sig lock-up). Each instance of code that's resulted in stolen or locked funds on Ethereum was code Wood said was okay to go live, despite warnings from others at the time. Oopsies.

Be Gavin and sulk about a rollback or state change not being entertained for the Multi-Sig bug because theft wasn't involved, create a blockchain where there were some fanciful hypothetical hopes and dreams to somehow collateralise that locked up Ether (although which fúcking dolts would accept a stake in Ether which they can't transfer or utilise on it's original chain for any other purposes, I don't know). Has extended beyond that to becoming a network conduit for any and all chains so they might interact with eachother (like Cardano, except Hoskins and co haven't been responsible for the locking up or previous theft of what would become billions worth of Ether).

Sitting on a pile of stablecoin for the last few weeks after some profit-taking.

Unfortunately I had no skin in the recent runs at all.
Now the buy backs are set, but some of the performance over the last few weeks has really blown them away.
One thing I have learned on the rocky road of crypto tho?
Is a profit is a profit, that's always good! Don't after time.
Bulls are great, but buying on the rise isn't always the clever move. Someone is always left holding the ATH bag.
    Patience!
Always be patient, there really is no greater leveller IME than actually being patient.
If you set a buy or a sell, set it because that's your limit and don't second guess yourself or after time yourself on selling before a run.

After 4 weeks of arse clenchingly watching the gallop...
My buy orders are slowly starting to fill, and now I own a bag of link too :pac:
I'm gonna need to start paying heed to Lex and TruckerMal a bit on their buys tho!!!

Have yet to veer too heavily into Alts even this late in the game.
My trading tends to be BTC/LTC/ETH with occasional forays into XRP.
Time to be a bit more adventurous and buy the wife a Tesla ;) (joking!)

But also from 4 weeks ago, and bolded above.
To any of the posters here encountering BIG reds for the 1st time and worrying.
I hope ye are ok, and that the next wave lifts you into nice profits.
    It's a rollercoaster ride!

The penny finally dropped re. the rubbish you came up with in 2019 then...

Bitcoin development is choked by the miners and other bad actors such as blockone.
11 years of Bitcoin, the last 7 of which have ground to a development halt.

I said OXT yesterday it's up 18% now so I hope ye purchased!

Just reminiscing yesterday I purchased my first shares circa 1993 in Elan who had a a factory in Athlone making Pharmaceutical's, share price went from £12 up to £35 where it split and you got 2 shares worth £17 which in turn went to £35 again.

I then used profits to buy into Mcinerney construction for 8 pence which had a great run after that, I remember my junior Cert Business studies Teacher being very impressed!

I hope it succeeds, I've money in DOT and KSM, same with Cosmos. I like to hedge bets even when iffy on motives, I'm aware this space is a gamble. DOT and KSM are my best performers of the year, despite the mad run LINK has had KSM has put it to shame. I hope Gavin holds back on the calamitous mistakes & arrogant rhetoric is all. No bias necessary when it's rooted in truth, although compressed for brevity to get the main points across to a guy/timewaster who suuuuuuuper doesn't-give-a-**** about any of these projects.

It's an interesting concept although I'm iffy on the council governance and the feasibility of each parachain's fee structures and how that gets voted on before they hit whatever a "reasonable" liquidity is for the collator nodes. We'll see how the economics pan out over the years.

how is it rubbish? what I said is true, all Bitcoin is now is a store of wealth, which is no bad thing. but f-all development on the core because its choked by the miners and early adopters who hold 80% of all the Bitcoin.

A lot of research done by you gathering previous posts. You sound like a man with plenty time on his hands.
As you seem to know well, the Devil makes work for Idle hands like yours

It's rubbish because you said that bitcoin is "at the mercy of the miners" yet here you are holding bitcoin. The hypocrisy.
A lot of research done by you gathering previous posts.
Zero research required. I remember the 'discussion' - where you accused me of 'shilling' bitcoin on the basis of a statement I made about blockchain generally.
This was what I said back then:
Blockchain provides immutability, decentralisation, security and transparency. It facilitates verification and trust without having to be reliant on third parties.
And your response was "that is simply not true" . . . "less of the shilling".
You sound like a man with plenty time on his hands. As you seem to know well, the Devil makes work for Idle hands like yours
If you make accusations on here, you'll be forced to defend them and you yourself will be held to the same standard with your own claims.

SushiSwap 'creator' just cashed out. Dumped the price. I can't comprehend how people can be scammed so obviously.
