And the other rubber $BAND is about to snap after eating too much sushi

I don't fully understand the link between both. Is this just a case of guilty by association? If so, wont the fallout just be short term?

it seems there is a link between BAND & SUSHI and also between the guy who setup SUSHI & CZ Binance and also Justin Tron

the sushi token was basically setup and on the binance exchange within days of its creation which is very rare and apparently also for free

Where’s this rumour that Justin Sun is involved in sushi?

    He’s my favourite crypto scammer.

Just remember these are the same links that were $4 a few weeks ago.

Yeah the current dip is nothing yet.

Has that been proven? I saw no actual evidence of it - seems to be rumour started by LINK maxis on Twitter.

Nice article dropped on Axion over the last few hours

    https://markets.businessinsider.com/news/stocks/the-axion-network-offers-investors-a-high-yield-crypto-alternative-to-traditional-cds-1029575157

Posted across multiple sites, Yahoo Finance, Digital Journal, Business Insider and a good few others. Hopefully it helps ramp up investors in the lead up to the main net launch.

Axion related post again, this is a new article on Forbes. Axion is the only crypto to be name checked from what I read.

Just an opinion piece, not the views of Forbes.

    FYI...

I don't want to be a wet blanket but Forbes relies heavily on guest contributions - and PR companies ghost write articles for clients and pitch them to Forbes (among other publications - although not all publications are susceptible to this) every day of the week.

    Hi all,

I have been thinking for the last few months that I want to invest into bitcoin. Just wondering the best 'exchange' to use(complete novice) as I have never set up any of these before. I more than likely won't be selling this so do I then download the bitcoin into a wallet?
Any beginners videos on YouTube that I should watch?

Also do I use Degiro/Binance or Coinbase or does it matter?

And why does that matter? It's the coverage that is being put out there that is relevant right now.

Brand new? I'd stick with Coinbase. Buy €20 worth to get a feel for it. Download Coinbase pro and get used to trading (market trades which just sell right away for the current price, versus limit trades which allow you to set a price you are happy to buy/sell at).

That way you can get a good idea of how things work without risking losing a lot by clicking a wrong button.

I'll PM you a link for Coinbase.

Once you get a feel for it, look into doing a SEPA transfer from your bank. It takes a few days to arrive but is free. Buying on Visa via Coinbase costs a bit extra.

Coinbase fees are *very* high compared to other sites.
It makes it easy by sacrificing price.
You will be better off on Binance or Crypto.com tbqh.

It matters because everyone else knows how Forbes works too. Doesn’t matter what contributors say, people still do their DD.

I think Kraken and Binance are very daunting for a newbie especially Binance, Coinbase has higher fees but so worth it for the Interface!

Since Kraken changed their security by recommending using two factor Login plus a Master Key and Global Lock settings it has become unusable in my opinion

They have.made it so secure that you risk losing your coins if you mess up the login.

you dont have to use all of those options

I just use the 2fa and then move them to a secure offline wallet

All this Defi stuff sounds like just the latest innovation in the crypto pyramid scheme. I mean what needs are things like sushi and burger actually meeting.

Just seems like a load of bag holders firing money into something they don’t understand having completely convinced themselves they are the ones that are going to get out on top this time. Not like the last time.

This is just stupid money buying in and hoping there is a stupider person that will buy from them

    It’s not gonna end well

I’m not a troll, Rapul. If you have an explanation for what defi actually is apart from some sort of online casino with terrible odds then I’m all ears.

Could have fooled me! But I've done my own research and know u well enough on this forum not to bother explaining anything u can google yourself oul son, I've made a nice amount off defi though, u should jump on the band wagon rather than complaining, put your money where your mouth is

I have my own concerns about DeFi (I also think that something tangible will emerge from it once the dust settles). Some fingers will get burnt for sure. However, it's impossible to take any view on it or any other facet of crypto/blockchain from someone who has never once acknowledged one redeeming/positive feature of the technology or the various projects emerging. (naturally that's not rapul that i'm referring to but the guy that I have on ignore_list in the post above his).
