    Could be something like destruction

To give an example, Face of the A-Team had this quality in spades.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

    Prudence, justice, fortitude, temperance?

Charm (don't recall if Face was all that charming but it would be a useful skill, talk Orcs down etc.)

Charm or Charisma as they name it. It's a trait I've enjoyed using in game. Think of it as using persuasion/deception rather then fighting.

Congrats all, you have beaten my puzzle!

I have no idea who gets the next question so I am arbitrarily going to award it to Keane2090 for getting the first items on the list.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

You're absolutely right. I had to go back to the question to find out what D & D is.

Ok, this one may come up in future if table quizzes ever are a thing again - what is the largest gambling event to ever take place? (quantified by the amount of money traded on it on the Betfair exchange)

Yeah that's it, sorry if it was too easy

  • Registered Users Posts: 28,081 ✭✭✭✭looksee

An easy one is good, keeps the quiz turning over...

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,770 ✭✭✭✭keane2097

An interesting fact on it, there's been about €100M traded on it since Biden was declared the winner

Not easy at all. Just a wild guess born of desperation.

Comedian Billy Connolly called which dog breed a draught excluder?

Calling all bridge players... what is a Yarborough?

Oh lord, reaching back through the mists of time...till I refused to play bridge any longer because I could not work up the enthusiasm to learn all the endless rules and conventions, or remember every card that had been played and the logic behind it. For some reason this obduracy irritated my partner (husband).

It's a hand with no honour cards - aces, kings, queens, jacks, and (usually) 10s as well.

Correct - a hand with nothing higher than a 9.

    You’re up!
