Charm or Charisma as they name it. It's a trait I've enjoyed using in game. Think of it as using persuasion/deception rather then fighting.

Oh lord, reaching back through the mists of time...till I refused to play bridge any longer because I could not work up the enthusiasm to learn all the endless rules and conventions, or remember every card that had been played and the logic behind it.
