Bloody Sunday soldier to be charged with murder

The infamous soldier F is to be charged with murder the BBC have revealed. Far too late in my opinion. Dealing with murderers by the legal system rather than promoting them and giving them medals would have prevented much of the troubles. Testimony from the Saville inquiry if anyone's in doubt over this man's character:
