Joe saying at half-time at least the only solace for us is that Scotland don't look great.

    Wow. Talk about tempting fate

Wow. Scotland are so close to getting England completely knickered at Twickenham.

Ah that move from England there through the hands was beautiful....

As entertaining as this is if Scotland win here then today's result is even worse for us.

And they're still singing that f*cking song

Do Scotland have to be ahead of us in PD when looking at the table.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,202 ✭✭✭✭castletownman

Scotland have already put up 24 more points today than Ireland managed earlier. And were getting annihilated at one stage. Some indictment for Ireland that.

Shoulder charge from Farrell. That's a YC

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,150 ✭✭✭✭LuckyGent88

Ah what the duck has happened. I left the pub after the May try!!!

No arms tackle surely? Doesn't matter about the timing.

  • Administrators Posts: 55,061 Admin ✭✭✭✭✭awec

Er... that's a yellow card at least.

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 8,820 ✭✭✭fitz

    Yellow for Farrell?
Another one of his shoulder charge specials...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,753 ✭✭✭✭lawred2

No arms there at all. Could be in trouble. Didn't even have his hands up for the block

Think he deserves a yellow at least. Red for me. It's deliberate foul play.

    That's a cop out

That’s filth, Farrell had eyes on the player the whole time. No arms to charge down it, if Graham had not kicked it was a shoulder charge?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,520 ✭✭✭OldRio

Ans another shoulder charge by you know who.

  • Subscribers Posts: 42,973 ✭✭✭✭sydthebeat

    Good call ref.

Farrell has gotten away with worse and not even penalised

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,753 ✭✭✭✭lawred2

Ref says nothing there at all.

    Amazing

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,599 ✭✭✭ScrubsfanChris

Another yellow card cop out. Farrell could have easily used his hands in making contact. CHOSE to use his shoulder.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

Shame on ITV commentary too, two English lads calling it ok, Scottish third wheel going along with it.

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 8,820 ✭✭✭fitz

And he gets away with it again.
Why is the fact that he's protecting himself at all relevant?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,492 ✭✭✭Dave_The_Sheep

I posted recently enough about the edge Farrell has and how it goes beyond edge occasionally. That's one of those things that's just slightly beyond. No attempt to tackle, late or not, shoulder charge. Throwback to his nastier days. He knew what he was doing.

Scotland backed at 1000/1. Hopefully they do it for some lucky punter if he hasn't traded out.

More than just a pen really. He only had eyes for the man and the shoulder charge.
