Bed, with the alarm set for tomorrow. Going to watch a bit of showjumping in the morning and then over to visit my niece and her pony afterwards. Can't wait!

Nice drive on a good day, take in the drive out by Kylemore abbey and turn right past that back to the Clifden / Galway road, stunning views of mountains and lakes. There's a great bar in Clifden, can't think of its name, it's on the corner at the top of the side street leading on to main Street, it does great food.
It's bed time, I'd love to dream of that drive.

I ended up sleeping in a kids bunk bed last night and kept waking myself up as it creaked everytime I moved.
Up now to enjoy the last of this super long weekend.

I know that country pretty well...if I could only get the 6 numbers :D

The Inagh valley is stunning OK and it's probably Kings you're on about :)

Common enough problem, your laptop keyboard is set to Australian, change it back to Irish and you'll be grand.

Binging on The Orville again :)

Being deprived of Bank Holidays (the one disadvantage of retirement), today is just another Monday in our house. So, a leisurely breakfast and, I think, we'll go for a walk along the coast.

Sitting and listening to the birdsong. It is phenomenal this morning.

Sitting on the back wall with a cupán tae in hand, trying to decide whether I should grab my bike or boots this morning. The sun is shining here and a few hours of solitary walking/cycling is needed before family activities in the afternoon

Lying in bed. No energy to do anything. All my friends are busy so no one to hang out with even.

At home trying to muster the motivation to mow the lawn.

For the first time in my life, I just saw one of these doing a lawn yesterday. No scent of freshly cut grass or straight lines of mowing any more if these catch on but the owners were inside chilling out and laughing at the world:
