    Likr sacrificial lambs?

What do you mean "common sense prevailed"?

Some people might think it's really progressive to have men dress up like women and put them in the company of little kids, but it's really not appropriate. I'm not even sure if it's legal.

Presumably you're against ALL scenarios of men in dresses telling fairy stories to children

I'm not sure why you are having a pop at me, I disagree with the decision to stop the event.

I'm not even sure if it's legal.

What law do you think it might break? Genuine question.

The library said there was a safety risk. Who thought it was a good idea to push sexual content to little kids? It's creepy.

Why would you think there was sexual content involved?

Any idea what the proposed "sexual content" was going to be?
As far as i am aware it was just going to be a reading of a kids story?
I think its a total storm in a teacup, it isnt as if anyone was being forced to bring their bloody kids to it but hey its cancelled now.

The lady doth protest too much (and we generally know what that's hiding)

The performers are the sexual content. They are a hyper-sexualised version of the female form. You may as well sit little Timmy down in front of Pornhub.

yes a man in a dress is exactly the same thing as watching pornhub  your just being ridiculous now.
I have seen some drag queens who look more like someone who would fit your boiler...just in a dress, not exactly hyper-sexualised.
Also I am not sure what this has to do with Gemma O Doherty....
How would you feel if the story was being read by people dressed as unicorns?

Interesting that you find drag queens to be so sexual... Very interesting...

Here's something that'll blow your mind. My wee man went into crèche last week in his sister's dress because he was adamant he wanted to wear it. **** it I thought, if that's what he wants so be it. Absolutely nothing wrong with a fella wearing women's clothes. It's only sexual if you think it's sexual.

It's like people who are homophobic. I can't think of something more gay than concerning yourself and obsessing over what two people do with their genitals.

The safety risk was the performers being beaten up by people who want to 'protect the children'. Nothing to do with the content of the show...

You've plenty of time to prep for your campaign come panto season. Don't say you weren't given the heads up.

    Oh yes you were....

It's a pity it cancelled but come on lads, glitterhole? Not exactly a great name for a kids story telling.

And do you know why there was a safety risk? Wanna take a guess as to what the safety risk was?

Next month: Singalong with the Cumbuckets. Followed by baby massage with Anal Destroyer.

And if you're not comfortable with that, you're a bigot.

    RIP Ireland.

How tremendously, unbelievably insecure do you have to be to feel that masculinity is threatened because a man wears a dress?

Like, do you cover your eyes and say a wee prayer for protection from Satan every time you see a woman in trousers, or is that just 'different' for some reason?

About as insecure as if you are in a panic about your culture disappearing because .01% of the population might do things belonging to their own foreign culture in a public place.
