    So Cowboy in April then?

Can they announce a figgt while a fighter is suspended?
Yeah they can. Artem was due to fight Zubaira 1 day after Zubaira's 2 year suspension was up. It never happened because of the brawl. I don't see Conor fighting in April just because he is promoting the whiskey & clothing range while also being a dad to 2 babies. I'd say international fight week would be his next fight.

Bring on April! Helwani thinking Khabib won't fight until his brother and brother from another mother serve their suspensions...which would be October

Lads, more deleted posts. You know who you are and the topic involved. Count yourself lucky I am tired from work and can't be ar$ed doing bans at this hour.

I know the perception is that the dogs on the street know the story, but until it makes mainstream media then it is off topic here.. and even then it's dodgy.

trust me, my interest here is not to censor you but to keep the place open and not get shut down over some stupid comments that end up with boards getting sued.

    Work with me here please!!

I'd say he's been sitting on that tweet for a while now. I love it.

I never noticed it before now but in this picture it looks like Abubakar is trying to give Conor his papakha and Conor just lamps him. What happened to humble in defeat?!

Anyone would think that was a great night for him after reading that, lets forget about being totally outclassed and beaten easily.

I do think this is going to end tragically for him though, he's not handled money and fame well. The more he makes, the more he tries to portray an image that he's not left the streets whether it be hanging around with those two convicted Murray brothers or drinking in the **** hole pubs. For someone who has the capabilities of having a nice comfortable life now with a young family etc, he's doing everything he can to sabotage it. I don't see any of his friends trying to get him help, they must be afraid of being ostracised like the many others in that were in the circle (Egan, the 2 Dunphy bros, that lad Vegas Byrne). His father has his own persona to worry about, with all the "Coinage" bolloxx. The sisters are now social media influencers and starring in Pantos or abusing dog groomers. Dee has the 2 chisslers. His management will be gone if the whole thing goes tits up. Dana is already looking for the next big thing. I really think he needs to be checked in somewhere.

Get yourself a sense of humour and don't don't be so bitter.

It's a pathetic joke on McGregor's part. Trying to claim he somehow redeems his smashing with the supposed last punch in a post-it fight brawl?

    Pretty cringe deflection attempt.

Look at the way McGregor had been since his mauling.

    A shell of a second-rate whisky peddler

    OK, I'll bite.

What does "took his soul" actually mean?

    it has damaged his ego

so for example he's out with his motley socialising posse of sycophants e.g. Murray brothers et al and they are telling him as usual that he is the man

but in his own mind he knows that he's not the man after that spanking

a bad humiliation like that in a person so dependant on ego in conjunction with bad personal practices can really lead to a spiral.

He seemed to be alright after the Diaz loss. I'd consider losing to Diaz to be worse than losing to Khabib.

He took more of a hiding too. Comprehensively beaten. But he didn't have Proper 12 or 100 million in the bank then.

no. he was shocked by Diaz.

he knew that it was his fault for under-estimating his resilience and that he could take him in rematch.

he was dominated by Khabib and knows in his heart that he can never beat him.

totally different effect on the ego.

and compounded by going off the wall for months. spiral

Unless you're Conor himself, there's no way you can know any of that.

no. he was shocked by Diaz.

He took a hiding on his feet, then took a hiding on the ground and then basically gave up by giving him his back. Then had to tap out.

    An absolute hiding.

But he came back and beat him fair and square. He could do the same with Khabib. Doubt it, but he could.

the nature of the two fights was totally different.

with Diaz McGregor started off well and looked like he was maybe going to finish him until he ran out of steam.

with Khabib he was dominated start to finish.

that third round was meaningless. McGregor technically getting the round was nothing - zero damage done- it was like Khabib was just taking a break to recover from his exertions in mauling McGregor in the second round.

finished it off in the fourth at will.

it's the mental effect afterwards that is more significant, not the nature of the fight.

he was fired up to go in with Diaz again straight after the defeat.

McGregor has lost the plot since the Khabib fight.

So he hadn't lost the plot over in Aintree or jumping the cage at bellator or attacking the bus in Brooklyn

Jesus you must be far up his arse to be able to know all this.

Go on tell us, who is he thinking about when he's pulling one off?

I didn't say that it was the first time.

    Seems worse this time.

Social media presence is withdrawn and mostly pr-team retweets of people who profess to like the whisky

Given that it was formerly full of bravado and bluster it's telling

Things don't seem to be right on the home front compared to social media there also

Kavanagh and him in a totally different space to before also

Going into stories would just be "show me the video" or it didn't happen type responses on here so that's a pointless avenue to go down.
