Maybe a chili burger later today. With plenty of cheese, onions, and jalapenos. Cold beer chaser to put the flames out.

    You're chilli mad Fathom:p

Lemon, honey, creamy, garlicky cheesy pasta
Can't wait to devour it with an ice cold beer!

A small dinner this evening. A piece of fillet steak on mash with some onions and mushrooms in a light black pepper sauce. Another relaxing beer in the garden.

It's a bit warm for massive grub. I'll have something small later

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,645 ✭✭✭SineadSpears

Chicken Fajitas with peppers and onion. Aldis maris piper potato wedges.

I rarely shop in Aldi or Lidl but both the skin on fries and the wedges are so good.

I'm not a huge fan of fries and even less a fan of wedges, but the two of them are definitely going to be bought regularly now. I've been living on the fries especially lately :)

Lots of wine, a bite of pizza and handful of chips , Tesco bistro crisps now, the smell awful but taste ok.

Got up for a run this morning then cancelled it out by having this out the garden, and getting to a pub this afternoon to truly negate my burned calories. Worth it.

All veggie bits from Denny's (sausage), Rudd's (pudding), and Finnbrogue (bacon).

Half pint glass of iced latte! Testing out the cold brew recipe.

Hot sauce for breakfast is life changing. Can't go without it for eggs now.

    Looks fab.
I don't eat fried eggs (hate the slithery whites), but if I did, they would be well cooked and crispy like those!

How was the Rudd's veggie pudding? I haven't tried it yet.

A few rays alright S. I roasted a ham earlier. Nearly cold now. Gonna have it later with rocket, mixed peppers, slaw and potato salad. Splash of french dressing.

I got this beef stroganoff in Dunnes and it was 80 per cent mash with a small bit of meat. NOT happy.
    6 euro as well.

This literally made me sick.. the look on his or its face..😖🀮😰
I'm squeamish sometimes with food. Duck for example i can't eat or salmon and it's not because of animal cruelty or anything, just a mental block.
That picture will haunt me smurfed..dare i ask what the hell was that thing and did you really eat it?!

    *shudder*

On topic..i had a late night breakfast type dinner of avacado, eggs, pinto beans and spinach.
Cold beer to wash it down. So nice being able to drink beer again:)
