So if we believe Conors reveal there are 8 villagers left and 4 wolves . .

    3 rolled goodies
    Brendan is BG
    Conor is Priest
    x is Jailer

    Notes:
    Orla
    Riona
    Eva
    Gabriel

The main reason I would lean on Conors reveal is that its hard to see how the wolves would know so many rolled goodies are dead. He initially only revealed two dead goodies which could of been one peak and a goody we all knew (Clodagh).

I cant really see other angles were he is bad and has access to this information confidently. Unless some goodies are still hiding or a wolf can somehow get a goody power ...

Wendy being an NRV and targeted twice doesn't make any sense.... Unless she as really onto something but why shoot twice so early ?!

Winnie coming up good means she had to be Irene. The notes thing is a doozy. She had to remain in the Den until the last day or so .

Apparently that was a message to John not the SK .

Its an explanation, whether its satisfactory to the village is up to them . .

Maybe its been explained in more detail somewhere to actually give context to what is a very cryptic post from somebody whose kneck on the SK chopping block, but I am sure Derry will be happy to clear up his own motives on that .

Thanks Riona. Yes, I personally would like more information from Derry. "Don't" what, to John?

This has been gone over before. You can wait for an answer by all means, but in the interests of expediency and getting things done I recommend you look through derrys posts.

Correct - I couldn’t post on thread again unless I was successful

That explains Clodagh just dieing and confirm that dynamic. . . Thanks . .

Poor Old Jeff might only get one kill all game . . That's 5 days (including tomorrow) he will only get one kill on a 50/50 pill . . Must feel like the aquaman of wolves . .

Are you gonna give an FFA or read list today Derry?

Working on Riona's list of who's left.

Brendan WW - Zero reason to doubt him.

Connor - Have serious worries today, but feel its possibly a bit to late to go down that rabbit hole. The issues is I worry the story has a hole in it. But in the absence of more info, I feel little choice but to trust him though. I have a massive fear this morning though that Connor is a wolf who is using a mix of Moriarty peeks and guess work/hope to claim a role that they know was killed off days ago.

Gabriel - A bit like Connor, I feel I've gone down the rabbit hole too much now. My big weakness in this game is I often choose to trust someone and just stick with it till the end. I guess the odds of choosing a wolf over a villager in the early days are poor though.

Riona - Worked HARD to discredit Connor's priest reveal, seemed to be working towards a "Let's lynch Riona" plan with Wini before the vig kill, and that's on top of all the issues I've had with him over the entire game. As things stand, my strongest read as a wolf. Especially with how when accused by Wini earlier, seemed not to be that bothered.

Gertrude - I did say earlier that I feared there was a wolf in the Day 1 FFAs and top 2 votes. Wasn't me, wasn't Clodagh, and Gert was the only other person to vote in the top 2 AND do an FFA.

Eva - Don't like how she jumped to Wini's defence to block the kill on him. Felt like she jumped in to save her, and set the foundations for Wini's entire story which obviously looks bogus.

Nigel - Have moaned repeatedly about his fluffiness. Actually working today.

I'm struggling to write much about Orla, Abi, Isla and Steve currently.
None register on my radar, which worries me late in the game. But given none are in particular positions of power, they worry me less than others.

As far as an FFA goes.

    1. Riona
    2. Eva
    3. One of the last four, cause there's a wolf hiding in the lower posters.

Just for later if im compiling.

That's a very weak reason there Derry . . Again for somebody who was so good at solving very difficult puzzles "on his own", you are coming up with a very thin case against me . .

  • Forum Games Player Posts: 3,864 ✭✭✭Nigel WW

I'll compile if it's any use. Don't mind if somebody else wants to too to ensure no mistakes, or if you just don't trust me. No harm having two.

Just on Wendy Riona I've gone back over it and I think they thought she was me, ie the priest.

Well that was a brutal kill. I'm guessing Mary was John Watson. He was a writer as well doctor and soldier, and the kill says that all flavour is gone now.
    Wendy WW wrote: »
Watson specifically was Shelocks biographer, with him gone there is no one to tell the story hence the flavor is gone. To me at least it seems the wolfs have hit a pretty big target on day 1. Why would Mary make such an obvious statement like "But Derry says I'm not to?"

Winifred, you pushing for a group that seems to have an almost confirmed goodie in it is looking like wolfy behavior.

    Steve - see the table
Orla - disappearing act today (might be RL in fairness, but we need more from you man). Its a significant drop off in posting from someone who was saying they were off work this week. And you are still around to follow stuff. Has been under heat and has gotten at others this week, especially the D1 and D2 (Eva) stuff.......your play is erratic and that worries me.
    Isla - see the table

Special mention to Derry who was as skeptical of the Wini plan as i was. Now im stream of consciousness guy - im posting what im thinking, but Derry is more measured. Despite that, he had a super cautious yet disbelieving set of objections to the Wini plan, pretty much as soon as she posted. This might implicate me a bit, but i dont care about that......

Also a special mention to Eva. You seem to have gotten off the hook since you almost swung, and your upturn in posting yesterday was great, even if it almost got me killed, but your flip flop on wini has been pointed out as looking a bit staged once Wini slipped. How do you respond to that?

22 posts up to the above post wouldnt be high by your standards. I wont call you a low poster (Its weird Derry did), but its not the level of contribution i would expect from you two days in a row, on your days off.

This is super rich given you have, in the past, done just that.

Also your rebuttal of the observation is to take it to its most logical extreme to make it seem rediculous. Why wouldnt you engage with us to try and convince us? Its very aggressively defensive behaviour Orla.

"low poster" is probably a bit harsh. Given Orla's ****posting in the early stages of the game, "non contributor" is maybe a better fit?

Real life or not, we're 4 days in and if I've not got a read, it's probably because you're trying to stay in the bushes.

Because you are angleshooting to FFA me.

You're using stuff I said outside the game against me.

I'm not being defensive. Ok, you want to go there? Fourth wall broken already I guess.

I spent the whole first two days on this, so I now need to give my beleaguered wife some time off from the kids, so I can't spend as much time as I'd like on the game.

Sorry if that means a drop in activity, but I can't ignore RL for a full week, as much as I'd like to.

Anyways, what have I missed? Table talk, conspiracy theories about Derry, Eva's (fair) points on Steve.

There's tonnes of people with less than half the contribution of me and I get pulled up on it, hence the gifs.

I have had the crappiest day and I'm absolutely shattered. Trying to read back through the thread to figure out WTF has happened. I was sure I'd be pilled today but actually going for Brendan was a good play by the wolves.

    #FFA4

Steve: Was on my FFA yesterday, the person I voted ahead of him is dead and Steve himself was one of the people pushing for him (re:Evas point he is also the person who drew attention on another now confirmed NRV in Doris pre her lynch), he fits the low lying wolf perfectly and I had almost no read on him until yesterday as a result. He was very odd when talking about his hospitalisation too

Riona: I think there was probably a wolf snuck in with Wini/Irene's core of villagers and tbh it's not easy choosing between Riona, Orla & Eva for who is the talkative wolf. Since the formation of that group Riona stood out a bit more than the others (she didn't that much for me before then) for me esp seemingly trying to counter Conors priest reveal but it is very tight between Riona and Orla while Eva has gotten more of a village lean from me since her sub reveal. Maybe it's too Meta but Orla for me is just playing an Orla style game although she has gone quieter as it's gone on.

Isla: Also made my FFA yesterday and the reasons still hold true now esp as she has continued to be quiet, would also fit the low lying wolf role but ive less of a read on her than Steve
