Niyi starting with Jake as a warm-up breakfast at 2PM, before our game

    Strange team selection.

    Oliver must be injured?

Dillane and Carty need good games. Both have been very poor.

    Not exactly confident of victory!

Seems that we want to get more size into the team. I like Oliver, he’s gamey and works extremely hard, but he does lack the bit of bulk needed to be impactful in contact.

Hard to believe Sean O'Brien has nearly 60 caps for us. It feels like I've only ever actually seen him line out about 10 times :pac:

I'm going to start sounding like a broken record, but my god, the back three positioning, and often tackling has been so so so so bad this year. Almost every single try we have conceded this year has come from it. But folks seem to really throwing a blind eye to it cause the lads are good going forward.

Serious letoff there, thought they were in. Nice one Wootton.

We need to remortgage all our gaffs to keep Porch and Wooton.

Why do eirsport put on a highlight reel of the pro14 final rather than any analysis of the match that's on.

Same reason they only have one commentator.

Some recovery from the first two minutes. Arnold gets our 4th.

Hopefully can be a bit ruthless here now. Sean Masterson looks pretty busy, good hands for a flanker too. Tom Farrell causing big problems for opposition defense as usual, don't understand how he's not clear cut first choice.

SOB had a super showing. Little bit of rust but caused hell for Zebre all day.

Reilly and Farrell have been so so good today. The offloading for Daly's try was pure class.

It’s an improvement of the usual analysis done for Connacht games to be fair. Leinster and Munster pundits talking through their hoop with little knowledge or work done prior to the game.

****, Farrell doesn't look in a good way there with his knee...

**** I hope that's only a sprain for farrell and nothing more serious

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,170 ✭✭✭SqueakyKneecap

Tom Farrell limps off after turning his knee in a tackle. Not looking great to hoping for a speedy recovery.

Reilly seems fairly handy with the boot. Something a bit different to Blade and Masterson so nice to see.
