I'd say by having either one premium striker, only two premium defenders (Alonso being one).

I think Alonso outscores Robertson over the next 2 GW's so was worth the swap.

Have Alonso, Mendy and Robertson, all 3 looking essential at this stage imo

Looking at Bilva to Hazard and Firmino to Mitro for -8. Not even sure of Bilva's start v Newcastle, albeit a lovely fixture. Firmino with tricky games incoming.

Could also WC and get rid of Peltier/Gunnarson and maybe adjust keepers. Just doesnt feel the team is that bad shape to WC

Any thoughts?

How Soon Is Now

Has Walcott actually been performing? Everytime I touch the guy in fantasy football he flops so I'm not excatly falling all over him. Need to get rid of Richarlison anyway.

22 points in 3 games is good going. They seemed to be trying to get him and Ricky in behind in the highlights of the games I seen so far so plenty of potential there. But he very hot/cold alright

Exactly. Ings, Zaha, Aguero being a very common front three. Helps with Mhiki and Ricky/Walcott in midfield too. I will eventually move out Coleman for Alonso and Morata for Ings. I don't care how much Alonso ends up costing, I've never owned and I want to so bad.

I'm very prone to a -4 hit, probably too prone to them in past years. This season I'm trying my best to put more faith in my team and be more sensible. Coleman at home to Huddersfield is worth keeping I think. Plus I have Morata at home to Bournemouth. If Ricky didn't mess things up, I would've done the -4 this week, but I can't justify a -8.

I was serious!
Have done -8 last week and this, my thinking is get the players you want long term before inevitable price rises and your existing players losing value.
Drag it out and those .1s add up, preventing you getting your targets.

Honestly, David Silva is probably the only City mid that I'd bring in. That's if I didn't already have three City players, of course!

Yup. I like going with a "Set and forget" keeper and thought he was the best option.

Chances are everyone has a defender within a million or so of him that can be ditched. It's far more affordable than a Sanchez/Kane going mental and we all needing to wildcard to find 3m

Your team is very similar to mine and I certainly wouldn’t be wildcarding. I thought about a -4 this week for Miki or Pedro and was lucky I didn’t go for it.

We’ve still had too small a sample of games to be thinking about wildcarding unless you have to IMO.
