School demands. Work demands. Relationship demands. One or more may affect my sleep cycle.

Bite sized sleeps lately. Not sure why.

I always wake up between 6 and 7 am naturally, no matter what time I go asleep. During the working week I try to be in bed for 22:30 and up at 6 am, I always find it hard to drift off asleep. I never ever wake up feeling refreshed, maybe I am getting too much sleep and my mind and body need less. I will try going to bed later this week. Also I find my sleep is an awful lot worse with alcohol, I would pass out as soon as I hit the pillow but then I could be wide awake from 3 or 4 am, not good.

Read a trending article recently. Too much sleep was as bad as not enough.
