"The young wizard is magical, I'm sure he can activate it..."

He then turns to Vrakrash.

"Where to dragon?"

'The dwarf scholar - he can planeshift at will! Or... we can run for it - whichever you prefer... but decide quickly. I cannot believe you joined me, my friend.'

Jeremy tries to figure the amulet out, a bunch of interlocking gears and a conduit etched into the top for magic to flow in. With the intensity of the vibrations the house is experiencing Jeremy finds it hard to concentrate and can't figure out how to operate it.

To the North, a poorly lit room with a candle.

To the NorthEast the hall continues.

He heads down the stairs.

A passage heads East and a wall has collapsed revealing a passage to the North.

Through the North wall Vrakrash and Karinth enter into a strange chamber with odd massive furniture. The chairs much taller than themselves.

There are two exits to the room, one to the NorthWest and one to the NorthEast.

Vrkrash looks at Karinth.

'Any preference? Or shall we just push on.'

He heads North-East, unless Karinth decides otherwise.

They enter a small room with dwarven religious icons strewn on the floor or piled in boxes, most of them to more modern gods like Vergadain.

Hanging at the entry way is a cloak which glitters.

Karinth rubs the cloth.

"Basalt....magical....I wonder what it is...."

for more peaceful enviroment we can goto the garden downstairs (down nw,sw) . Theres ale in the garden below. at least we can have a drinK.

Vrakrash picks up the cloak and puts it on without a second thought.

'Take my gems if I end up as a puddle of goo on the floor please, Karinth... someone should enjoy the proceeds when they are finally sold.'

The cloak tightens around Vrakrash and merges into his skin, giving him the same twinkling grey appearance.

"Well, you're not goo at least..." Karinth says with a laugh.

'Maybe I can fly? We can find out later.'

Vrakrash returns to the previous room and heads North West this time.

They enter a room that is a museum of sorts, several individuals, preserved at death are within the glass cases. From the mix of races and clothing styles, they were all adventurers like themselves.

A white puddle of slow moving goo shambles across the floor.

"Fascinating" Karinth says looking at the goo with interest.

Vrakrash takes out the piton at the top of his pack given back to him by Iuric and tosses it into the goo.

As the piton arcs through the air, the ooze solidifies and smacks it out of the way with enough force to embed it in the wall.
