So you are saying your life or that of a pregnant woman, that her unborn is worth less than a natterjack toad?

Forcing her to give birth to a baby you don't give a bollocks about after it's born is essentially YOU saying SHE is worth less than a natterjack toad.

You have no respect for women seeking abortions regardless of the circumstance, the sooner you're open about it the better.

I'm saying that the world has no shortage of humans, and if someone chooses not to add to that number then the world will not miss them.

And let's be honest here, Robert, you are the one lessening the value of a woman's life.

That did not an answer to my question.

If you have a wife, a girlfriend or just a female friend who is having your baby, is the unborn life in her womb worth less than the natterjack toad?
That is all I am asking, not about the population of the world.
There are articles done by people who specilise in population who say by 2300 if Europe doesn't increase its birth rate the native population will have reduced by 95% and replaced by people from other regions where the birth rate is above replacement levels. That even at this early stage we can see how immigration is an issue and how it leads to more extremes in politics gaining popularity.
But answer my question that I asked at the start of this reply, please.

Jumping to conclusions, and posting lies about no respect for women doesn't make your lies true.
You are a toxic debater. You turn on the person rather than debate the subject.

Honestly I have never heard such a load of rubbish.
Most of the no doctors are not involved with gynecology or are bloody retired!

I'm so happy the YouTube ads ended last night. I may have had a dream where John Waters could only see out one eye and write letters with the other..

But it isn't lies, the Yes campaign and supporters continuously run down our doctors and medics to support the illusion that women are getting a third world service which would have one thinking we are on a par with India...

Robert, the gynaecologists, obstetricians and and midwives support repeal generally. They strongly favour it in fact. You're feigning concern for "run down" doctors but it's just one of many idiotic arguments. Eg weeks ago you feigned concern for gps not having enough time... You'll ignore all the facts though.

So why ask a question about something I never said, which insinuated by the way it was asked that I somehow had?

You are a toxic debater. You turn on the person rather than debate the subject.

You can't debate the subject, all you do is lie.

I'm not lying when I say you have no respect for women, you've shown you have no respect for women numerous times across all incarnations of this thread and discussion.

Anytime you're confronted about your lies you f*ck off out of the thread and come crawling back in when you think it's safe. People have provided you with evidence refuting your claims and you ignore each and every single one of them.

You're showing that January means f*ck all to you by not giving her the respect she deserves by projecting your ridiculous archaic and misogynistic view on her and women like her.

You wildly claim that women who seek abortions for mental health do so willy nilly and mindlessly speculate without basis constantly. You disrespected Miss P, you've disrespected Savita, along with the countless other women in this thread with your attitude and mindset.

You don't give a bollocks about women, all you see is a fetus, an embryo, a bunch of cells inside a uterus, you don't see the woman it's attached to, you don't see her suffering, you don't see her pain, her struggle.

So I say you should really shut your mouth with your insinuation and horrifically misogynistic and outdated views on these women when you have no idea what it's like to be sitting there on a flight to England to get an abortion that is denied to you in your own home country by people who otherwise do not give two turtle sh!ts about you in any other situation other than this.

The medical adviser to the Savethe8th campaign hasn't even heard about some of the issues the 8th has caused, so maybe the issue is the No doctors aren't as educated as they think they are.

Given that most of the no obgyns are old enough to have been plying their trade when women were getting symphysiotomies without informed consent and one of them took his own professional body to court to prevent them agreeing that abortion was acceptable in two cases one of which negatively impacts the survival of women, you are going to have to do better than this.

As a woman I would not trust them to be 'better than a yes doctor' and as a man you ain't gonna need this kind of care.

I don't agree with RobertKK, if I could vote, I'd vote yes, but he's right about a lack of respect, in this thread at least, from Yes supporters. The level of vitriol and baiting posts from people apparently supporting yes is a sight to behold.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

Wasn't that in Drogheda where it was happening?

The No doctors said that the 8th amendment didn't stop them providing the care the woman needed. The Yes doctors are saying it did.

Robert is doing his absolute best to ensure that another generation of irish women are deprived of basic rights when it comes to their own healthcare. He does this with complete conviction but with a very loose grasp of facts.

As an irish woman who has had to live under this regime, and who really really does not want to do so any more, I find it extremely hard to feel any concern for Robert's feelings about being occasionally spoken to a bit disrespectfully on a messageboard.

Try to understand that this is not an intellectual game for us - this is about our lives, our health, our rights over our own bodies.

I gave an answer I remember to a person who said I hadn't answered your question, maybe it was not the answer you wanted, but this is a fast moving thread and things get missed.
But you imply in this case, the question was not answer.

Well then, you don't wish any debate at all, you want an echo chamber, which isn't far off what this thread has turned into anyway.

After your previous reply, I don't think I would bother answering anyway. I don't come here for an interrogation from people, insults and the other crap that is thrown. People making up questions to imply I said something which I didn't. This is what is going on in this thread.
Plus it is impossible to answer everyone.

There's a lack of respect for him.

He consistently lies, distorts facts, and uses scare tactics and when called out on it, disappears only to reappear and shout his lies and mistruths louder.

He never makes a comment from himself, only "Someone said" and whatnot.

He's infuriating to debate, and rob has personal skin in the game, whereas for RobertKK he gets by on his morals and feels.

So yes, it is getting a bit heated. But understandably so.

No, we don't want an echo chamber, we want an honest and open debate which the pro-life side (bar a minute handful, pleas advice being one that actually discusses properly and makes for good reasonable debates) have waded in with lies, trolling, flaming, baiting.

It's not our fault they haven't stepped up and admitted the lies are lies and can discuss their opinion without being complete and utter tools.
