What is a "normal person" in your mindset

Is someone abnormal if they awake to someone with their fingers in their vagina and/or someone down on them and report the CRIME to the police? You can be a "normal" person and not be into someone sexually pestering you while you are asleep to the point they actually feel violated.

    Jesus, you are messed up.

You say no, and the normal person with stops.

This is more of the all men are trash narrative that is polluting this debate.

No, I have shown you the legislation. It's very clear on this issue.

Sure, everyone loves Ireland when they visit. It's great on the surface. Why don't you invite them to this thread to have a read of this thread? Certainly changed some of my mates' outlook on the place, along with the fact it's 2018 and we're still debating whether rape victims are allowed to have an abortion.

Oh dear god please stop, you are just talking nonsense
Every country in the world have these exact conversations. Why do you say youve lived abroad but ignore that these conversations exist in every corner of the world
Its nothing to do with rape victims having a abortion its the law in place which will be gone soon enough
You have zero argument just bull****. If anyone has turned people of Ireland its you and your nonsensical views
Youve been ranting and flat out lying for days now. Ive already said it but people like you are the problem not the solution
Ive followed this whole thread and seen some good points on both sides but not from you, all ive seen is attacks on irish men.
I know you wish to come across as clever, but honestly you have failed miserably

I'm still waiting for the Penetration vs none penetration. The law is taken on a case by case basis. I have yet to see a case based on what many have said.

No idea what you're talking about.

    And me neither.

Reason i or they would be doing is to give pleasure. If the person doesnt wake up it is a pointless act and you or they would stop.

I have been half asleep and receiving oral but rolled away and the other party ceased.

Yeah, and the legalisation is clear as day here.

Ive seen feminists mentioned more than once
Feminists never have or ever will be the problem imo
They want equal treatment, thats a march i could 100% get behind
These idiots ranting and raving like a certain poster here and on twitter are not feminists.
These are women ruled by hate and with a goal of superiority as they feel they deserve power and respect
    These are not feminists

    1. I am a man.
    2. This has nothing to do with man v woman. We are talking about the law here, not some sort of moral crusade or opinion movement
    3. If the person stops after you say no when they wake up to find you doing this, you have already committed the crime. You can't undo it. Once they are awake they are able to give consent, if asleeep, they are not.

So if they can't give consent, due to being asleep, you have committed a crime.

Noone is going to pop through your window and arrest you. But the lucky recipient of your fetish activity is perfectly capable of reporting you for a CRIME.....................if they wish.

I am a man, and this started because I said a man had been sexually assaulted. So no, this isn't a men are trash narrative, this is a 'some people haven't a ****ing clue' narrative.

A 'normal' person would be well within their rights to report you because you know performing a sex act on them while they sleep is wrong, but you do it anyway.

    Jumping the shark now.
I'm asking a question. I'm wondering how long is reasonable to perform the sex act for until the person wakes up?

How else could performing a sex act on someone while they sleep be interpreted?

What the actual **** are you talking about?

Equal treatment is fine. Identity politics is not, it is divisive and sets one group against another. As a man I do not see " woman" as the enemy and neither do most women.
You get the odd nutter , best to ignore although social media has given these loons more of a voice.

The IRFU should stand up to those marching fanatics, I mean in the name of God who takes Coppinger or Brid Smyth seriously.

Most sensible people in the country tell their daughters not to drink too much and not to go on one night stands with people they dont know. Parents wouldnt even mention blowjobs because that would be too much to take in.

Most parents can read evidence in a case with their own eyes and clearly understand that there was no force used and therefore no rape.

Most parents who have sons in their twenties know how immature these men are and how they dont get sense until they are hitting thirty. They dont care who or what they have sex with and if they get sex handed to them on a plate they arent going to say thank you very much and can I take you out to dinner.

Easy by the Judge that's why we have them and not drumhead trials. Remember the recent constitutional case in relation to the unborn. In the constitution in black and white.. But needed to be ran passed the legal system.

U have issues. I'd suggest resolving them or throwing urself into life  in Canada and forgetting about Ireland.

I wouldnt form an opinion on Canada based on some internet forum myself.
The lovely green fields and decent tea don't really make up for the fact that some very basic women's rights are lacking in our so-called modern and developed country. So we'll have to agree to disagree. I'm well aware that nowhere is perfect.

I still don't understand what you're trying to say to me here.

Start again from the very beginning, because I feel like you've moved more goalposts than Croke Park staff when soccer and rugby were played there.

Your saying the law is black and white. I have never ever in any country seen it other than grey. well apart from north Korea. Do you not understand why we have judges ?

Is this a sick joke? I'm banned from the thread, but not the person who has admitted to, and repeatedly justified performing sexual acts on someone who is asleep, an act which is officially classed as rape in Ireland? That's it, I'm done.

Shes going to be in for a shock in Canada
God forbid she goes to Toronto with the rampant PUA scene
Who see women as just a number. Canada is a great country, but the men are well no different
She shows no idea of how the world is, quoting Canada like its a mecca which is beyond hilarious
